Appologies if I am giving my 'youth' away. I'm sure some of our veterans have some reasons from the Old Div 3, Div 2 days, as well as our earlier years in the top flight.

I think they would.... but surely not all of those clubs can hate us? We must find some reasons, haha.

Sheffield United - Depriving them of the play-offs in THAT last day game at the end of 07/08.

The Franchise - Some of us (hello...) still call the abomination that despite the gracious gesture of their legitimate-club destroying chairman after the sad passing of Markus Liebherr.

Everton - We made them pay 6 million for James Beattie... and my didn't that work out for them.

'Uddersfield - If we go up in 2nd, depriving them of the same, despite the longest unbeaten run in their history.

We can at least try to give actual reasons.... even though it's obvious jealousy we can always provide a little more context.

Man Citeh - We won the final game at Maine Road.... Ruined their script.

Bournemouth - Because apparently we are arrogant and condescending. Bless those plucky little souls.

Reading - Loose geographical reasons and their quest for a proper rival now that Oxford are 'beneath' them.

Shrewsbury - Cup ticket allocations

Brighton - Some game back in the 70's v Spurs and Adkins rubbing them up the wrong way. Scunny - We stole Nige.

Hardly surprising seeing as Islam and Christianity are based on the same roots.

Bullseye

One of my favourite players. He has been fantastic ever since we signed him, not perfect but thoroughly impressive.

It is unlikely they'll check, although the family stand where I sit does seem to at least always glance at the paper ticket in the front.

It said a lot to me that a group of colleagues over from Germany, who were here for one of our bi-annual sales meetings actually respected that our economy had been more steady in recovery then their own. They had grown quicker then us on the way out of recession but all of the financial advisors within the company are now running scared of this dreaded 'double dip.' The growth had yet again been unsustainable. They respected that our government was at least trying to make hard decisions that would ensure any growth was made on stable foundations.... whether this will allow us to be resistant to what happens overseas is another matter though.

Great interview, cagey, tricky, honest yet revealling all in one go. It's been a long time since we had a manager capable of proper mind games. Lets hope they are effective.

I was thinking the same about Hereford v Shrewbury. I'm really looking forward to that one. (I've checked and can't find the East Anglian Derby either..... a great shame.)
