Yep. 1999 to 2008. Finishing with that GeckoSaint design.

Good thing about the away shirt, it's so busy it makes the sponsor more difficult to pick out.

Honestly, wouldn't be adverse to a mangerial change, but I am grateful for the relative stability (if not consistency) he has brought to the club when we could so easily have been relegated.

A 6 from me. Despite our uncompetitive transfer dealings over the past 5 years, Ralph has ensured we have never truly been in any danger. We have had those horrible runs were it looks like we could be on for back to back relegations, then it twists and we are sustained by looking like we should be in Europe. The worst bit from me is this continued propenisty to drop points, had many of our results worked the other way, clawing back draws when behind, finishing games strongly, things would feel a lot better even if the results were essentially the same. He needs a good assistant to balance out his man management foibles, hopefully the new guy does this. With our new structure and owners I doubt he or the players can hide if they are dragging their feet.

Apparently the lad's mustard.

Was there, didn't see the goal. We attacked from kick off and pressed, turned to Dad at the point Begovic booted the ball to say something like 'Well, positive start,' only for the stadium to erupt and me turning around wondering, errrr, what just happened?

Memories of Kelvin Davies up at Sheffield Wednesday in 2007. We got humped 5-0 by an astoundingly ordinary Owls side and Kelvin was heckled by the away end, leading to him turning around and screaming back at us. I doubt he was solely to blame, none of our defenders covered themselves in glory that day, even Andrew Davis who conceded a stupid penalty.

Yes, don't understand how that was given.

Like it, using the template shown by the new Coventry kit.

There must have a been a falling out, the only way I can make sense of that.

When you park in a near empty car park and the only other car to appear when you get back to it has parked next to you... Right next to you Drivers side. Leaving barely enough space for an ant.

Still no streams guys?

This, sparing us from watching the disappointment unfold.

The competition we should be throwing everything at...... Second string.

With a future spine of One Size, Folly and Blackstock we will be a regular UEFA Cup qualifier.

What has struck me most is the lack of information in our media regarding Ukrainian troop movements. This tells me they are either all in defensive positions or there is a conscious decision not to leak anything into the public domain. Based on troop numbers on Wikipedia (not gospel.....) Russia are outnumbered. So where are they? It would make the ceeding areas point prudent as there is no point defending empty space when there are key settlements and infrastructure to hold. (Sumi, Karkiv, Kyiv.)

Seeing their remaining fixtures, i'm not so certain.

Another Burnley goal and Everton will be in the bottom three.

Either buying time, trying to appear reasonable, or, a feeling of: "oh, these people we are liberating? They all seem to be grabbing rifles........"

Comparing the coverage of everything happening on RT Live to Sky News and BBC News is certainly interesting.

He wants breathing space between the West and his own border. A few separatist states they aid the security of would be perfect for that. Dread to think if that would involve expanding through the Ukraine to Transnistria though. Now, what to do with the Baltic states and Poland?

The Brentford connection in our ownership makes me think it must be Frank. Their form has dropped off, but the squad there is clearly still playing for him.
-
Thomas Frank.

If a 40 year old Caballero is worth signing, so is a 34 year old Forster. Taking the GK position in isolation, we clearly need a long term option. What a pity that Forster, for whatever reason was simply not at his best in what should have been his prime.

The Minsk Memorial Thread (and continuation of his work)
Colinjb replied to Minsk's topic in The Saints
Absolute condolences to Minsk's daughter and the rest of his family. No words will really suffice.
