Fine, get leathered around the nippers, they'll love it. The best thing is of course that it couldn't possibly end in tears. We were very cautious when we went so you probably would get away with more to be fair. Found the standard of the beer there to be quite acceptable though if a little pricy (as you would sadly expect.)

You can propbably get away with about 4 cans or so and a hip flask. But that would be about it. With Kids about anyway would you really need to drink more? Having said that though the pro 40 game v Scotland I went to for a mates stag do a month or so ago was an utter lager fest..... or at least it was fo me and an army mate.

I suspect he is polishing off his latest contract offer with the southern version of 'Late Kick Off.'

Alas, the best laid plans of mice and men.....

Why thank you. I feel most flattened and re-oriented. Almost deja vu for that Chiropractor i've been seeing this week.

What. The. F*ck. 11.45pm on Friday is the new 11am on Monday. Sweet signing, but my life. This anti echo thing.... it's screwing up my mojo.

Yeah, would **** off a few people, even though we have generally speaking always had one in recent times. If we have a third kit and the main kits on a 2 yearly circulation then fine, but while the main kits are on yearly replacement cycles it would be on the verge of 'rip off.'

Oh they'll still get the payments. Not that the football side of things will see any of it.

Not particularly worried. The squad is infinitely stronger then it was at this point last year and therefore doesn't require a total overhaul. We have added some proper depth at LB/LM while also signing a proper RB. The only thing we are lacking is a bit of pace to impact the opposition but there is still time to remedy that. I'm content.

He does lead by example so doesn't he.

Amazing to think that all of that hot air did in fact come to some good!

I sincerely doubt he would come down to league 1 level. he is rather good. Would love to be wrong mind.

They are still here, lurking, waiting, trying to invent more b*llocks so they can feign superiority. When the fall happens it hurts.

The football league is a bleak place compared to the Premier League, especially since the ITV digital saga. The skates are now going to see how much has changed in their time in the sun. The fun continues!

Still really sore but certainly not in pain. My back just feels really weak. After the treatment yesterday I felt extremely drained and pretty much slept from 2.30 yesterday afternoon to 7 this morning. I did initially feel some aching/tingling in my legs but that has dissappeared now. Oddly my appetite just totally dissapeared too, i'm hoping it kicks back in sooner rather then later. The stretches i've been told to do are helping and the warm bath I had last night inbetween naps was a massive relief, I was almost walking totally freely afterwards. I'm getting there, slowly but surely, thankyou for asking.

Brilliant - I have 100% confidence in him

Just got back. After a fairly thorough examination he revealed I had one lower vertebrae pushed up the right and another just below it pushed just to the left. Fluid is building in the cavity between them and when it gets compressed that's when I get pain. He cracked them back into place....and 50 quid later i'm at home feeling rather sore and told to come back on friday. Also i've been told to do some 'cat' stretches to keep flexible. Good heavens though I am feeling a bit sore and weak. I am a little more flexible but just feel very unsteady. The spine manipulation didn't hurt, but I am not right now.

Anyone have any experience with them? I've had a sore/painful lower back since the weekend and now the pain is shooting down my legs too. It is so bad I now can't drive so as a desperate attempt to regain some kind of control over my senses i've booked into a chiropractor. I just hope they can help as the GP's was fully booked up today. Has anyone else used one before? Are they actually any good?

In summary then, we are having our arses handed to us. Oh well, first game of the off season and it's v good match fresh opposition, that'll clear out the cobwebs!

I find it extremely difficult. Thankfully my office is tucked away and I can normally just shield myself off and get on with it. My goodness it can be tricky though.

Under no circumstances get blades. They can provide better grip then moulded and studs but sadly the rigidity they provide in the ground can excessively strain ligaments in the ankles. Particularly in growing children.

Under 21s (?) coach appointed - and Henderson leaves

The changes make perfect sense, I am a little worried regarding who will play them though! No other club in this country has an u21 team. Will they be playing v reserve sides in friendlies or other youth set ups? -
Anyone adult who has sex with a 13 year old should face the music. This is very bad news.

I'm pretty sure he was from South Wales. An ex colleague of mine used to play alongside him at Llantwit Major near Barry and Cardiff.

AND no sponsor here either. That shirt is a cracker.
