  1. Well, I picked one up from the Saint's program fair in the chapel this year for £7.
  2. Greatest hope for this season?- Promotion and retain the JPT, Football is all about those kind of days out. Biggest fear?- Needing the play-offs to ensure promotion. Most important player?- Morgan Schneiderlin Terrace favourite?- Rickie Lambert Keep an eye out for...- Our one off 125th anniversary kit. Rather smart if unconventional. Player you'd happily drive to his next club?- Paul Wotton, everytime he's playing it brings on a subconscious panic. One change you'd make at your club? Less crap merchandise, that Saints world cup range was shameless. Have we got the right manager?- Without doubt What advice would you give him?- Stay single minded and focused. Which team do you most want to beat this season?- Bristol Rovers, yes we got payback last year but I still havn't totally exorcised that FA Cup defeat from a few seasons ago from my memory, oh and the Franchise. Opposition player you despise?- Paul Dickov Opposition player you secretly admire?- Therry Racon Where will we finish?- Top 3, Hopefully Top 2.
  3. Oh that's just f**king amateur. Yes, we were the junior partner while standing alone against the axis powers. Come on Cam you're better then that.
  4. Ha. I was almost worried for a minute. Almost.
  5. Oh. My. God......
  6. Working on one of the hygeine teams at Hovis, Eastleigh. Paid £2.80 an hour to go inside/underneath/into bakery equipment and clear out the accumulated crap from a weeks worth of production. The banter with the other lads was good but the money was just so bad. Only lasted a few months before receiving considerably more cash working at Southampton Airport café/bar.
  7. To me Bournemouth are not our rivals. I know this as I like to see them do well, so best of luck to them next year. Here's hoping for a good couple of games home and away and may the best team win.
  8. Bugger. Looks like booking flights in late September was a bad move.
  9. You didn't have to be quite so enthusiatic in your assistance though chap! Like a moth to a flam.
  10. So much for the doom and gloom. Just goes to show, he who shouts loudest doesn't shout for everyone. Here's looking forward to a great season.
  11. Rubbish. Saints fans are totally aware of sensible dietry routine and nutrition. Like many I religiously follow the five a day guidelines. One steak and kidney, one chicken balti, one chicken and leek, one bramley apple and one fish pie per day. Perfect.
  12. That's cool. Have a good time.
  13. What time kick off?
  14. Fine, get leathered around the nippers, they'll love it. The best thing is of course that it couldn't possibly end in tears. We were very cautious when we went so you probably would get away with more to be fair. Found the standard of the beer there to be quite acceptable though if a little pricy (as you would sadly expect.)
  15. You can propbably get away with about 4 cans or so and a hip flask. But that would be about it. With Kids about anyway would you really need to drink more? Having said that though the pro 40 game v Scotland I went to for a mates stag do a month or so ago was an utter lager fest..... or at least it was fo me and an army mate.

    Murty??

I suspect he is polishing off his latest contract offer with the southern version of 'Late Kick Off.'
  17. Alas, the best laid plans of mice and men.....
  18. Why thank you. I feel most flattened and re-oriented. Almost deja vu for that Chiropractor i've been seeing this week.
  19. What. The. F*ck. 11.45pm on Friday is the new 11am on Monday. Sweet signing, but my life. This anti echo thing.... it's screwing up my mojo.

    3rd Kit?

Yeah, would **** off a few people, even though we have generally speaking always had one in recent times. If we have a third kit and the main kits on a 2 yearly circulation then fine, but while the main kits are on yearly replacement cycles it would be on the verge of 'rip off.'
  21. Oh they'll still get the payments. Not that the football side of things will see any of it.
  22. Not particularly worried. The squad is infinitely stronger then it was at this point last year and therefore doesn't require a total overhaul. We have added some proper depth at LB/LM while also signing a proper RB. The only thing we are lacking is a bit of pace to impact the opposition but there is still time to remedy that. I'm content.
  23. He does lead by example so doesn't he.
  24. Amazing to think that all of that hot air did in fact come to some good!
  25. I sincerely doubt he would come down to league 1 level. he is rather good. Would love to be wrong mind.
