The catch 22 is the key. Just ignore them. Or: 'You're just another game, just another game, and now you better believe us you're just another game.....'
-
If you think about it, it's quite a compliment that they focus so much on us.

I am in the West Midlands. Coventry. Just off from the City centre.

Yes, we've had the two wins v Man Utd and the final game v Arsenal released onto DVD, but what other games would we like to add to this almost stillborn collection? I would love a copy of the 3-3 draw with Liverpool myself, the one where we fought back from 3-0 down in the second half.

Could the cups have dented promotion this season..?
Colinjb replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
The cups did take our focus away from the league, but frankly, I don't care. For the first time in my life Saints have put a trophy into the cabinet. I couldn't care less about the lack of status the competition had, it's a priceless memory and I feel utterly blessed to have been there. We are in a stronger place to push up the leagues next year. I cannot wait for next season. -
Errr, brown Soil. How do you check? (Yes, I am new to this gardening lark)
-
I am open minded really. If it is a perenial though I would prefer something that can either give colour all year or a few suggestions for plants that can give colour in every season. As for bedding plants..... Just so long they don't need to be dead headed go for it.

Missed out on a great time by not getting tickets! Fair play to you all for having such a blast! Sometimes the best things in life are the spontaneous things!

Just returfed my back garden, now I actually have a lawn rather then a swamp! Need some ideas for some boarder plants now. I am after something a bit different to the usual array of primroses, buzy lizzies and marigolds though.....

The Cherries are always one of the teams who's results I look out for, one of my mates supports them and it good to see them do well. I'm not going to be dragged into another needless rivalry, there is only one true local rival to us and they do not share half of our shirt colours.

The Goldstone Ground? Boothferry park?

For me: BNP: 71% UKIP: 64% Tories: 49% Labour: 24% Lib Dem: 21% Green: 14% The BNP was included purely for the sake of argument, but I would never vote for them due to their racist agenda.

Agreed.
-
Better then Alastair 'Stone Cold Stare' Darling. God that man creeps me out. Policy doesn't matter, he just scares me.
-
How much influence will these debates really have? Could the Lib Dems pull back the gap and become a big player?
-
It seems the big winners tonight have worn Yellow.
-
Closing statements Lib Dems - Weak, same old 'pick someone else' argument. Pathetic really. Labour - Needless pop culture references, Focusing on keeping money in economy to ensure recovery and not compromise the public sectors. Attacking Tories over not ensuring public sector funding. Tories - Suggests debate has just tried to scaremonger the thought of a Tory governement, attacks labour ideas of taxing jobs and continuing innefficiencies in consistent methods. Says will back up those who work hard. 'We are in this together.'

My rank Cameron/Brown =1st. Brown played the figures well as you would expect for the ex chancellor and PM, but I believe far more in Cameron and his ideas/proposals. The next few debates will be fascinating. Clegg, 3rd. By no means a fool, made many good points but just too shallow compared to the other two.
-
It can be like a football match at times, only seeing what would be best for your team.
-
Thankyou DC for standing up for national defense. Best thing he has said all night.
-
Cameron is flagging. Most dissapointing.
-
Bloody good question, and it needs no answer, the point is made.
-
And the Lib dems have completely lost my vote as they believe the nuclear defense program is unaffordable. National defense is something you find the funds to afford, and for that reason, i'm out.
-
Agree, nice chap but pretty shallow.
