1.5 mil? O RLY!? Take it and run, that means so much more then a dissinterested player right now.

Thank god it's 3-2, no way should a country that doesn't give a f*ck about football win a major international trophy, FT now. What a relief.

I think it may be too late for the tommies. Grandad starts his back in March and mine are already starting to fruit. Quite happy with my garden right now, my Fire lillies have been excellent and the buzy lizzies have glone from strength to strength. Am fighting a losing battle with aphids on my roses though.

Probably to be the best thing to have ever come out of Cov. They are still held in very high regard here, even in the younger generations.

Good work on the veg! My tomatoes are starting to flower, my first attempt at growing them too!

Camara's goal v Norwich, my god that was euphoria. Also, even though I was away at the time and didn't have the funds to afford a ticket, the feeling of pride to know that my team was in the cup final and ALL the neutrals wanted us to win.....

A, Without question. I just want a club to support.

I have Bridgestones fitted to my car from new, and now, 18 months in the fronts have been replaced with Michelins.

Wow, England won a penalty shoot out! -
Regardless of who the money men are, I believe in Matt Le Tissier!

This is a thread focusing on the positives, frankly anything of that nature has been lost in a load of 'I told you so' rubbish in the other threads. -
Frankly, I couldn't care less how much money Pinacle have, they have kept us in the loop for better or worse and seem to be behaving farly honourably and decently, the thing is, they have stated they will leave the footballing side of things to MLT, and that is reason enough for me to want to see this deal completed. To have a totally commited and connected guy like Le Tiss as our chairman would be exactly the shot in the arm we need, he is universally liked, is a PR dream and is known throughout the footballing world for his ability and association with us! He seems totally fired up for this new role and i'm sure not one of us would wish to see him fail. And considering the intelligence, tact and desire he has shown so far I have no reason to think he would. So what if pinnacle are not the multi billionaires that would be what some sections of the fanbase wouldn't settle less for, they will ensure we have a club to follow next season, and with a man like Le Tissier at the helm to run things as he sees fit it can only be exciting. Come on, lets get things finalised and push on!

Poor Farrah Fawcett, her passing will now be totally overshadowed. -

So, in summary, he is dead, yet tickets are still available, right? -

L.A. Times say he has snuffed it. After all that surgery did well to make it to 50. -

Children of the world. Breathe a sigh of relief. -
Wow, a throwaway comment has spawned a monster! Alcohol poisoning would probably be my way of action.

What are we going to do on Saturdays without Saints to fret over? Spend time with the other half? Take up heroin? What would we all do?

A little creamy.

How dare you try and indicate the almighty GM is wrong to be so negative.
-
You said it GM.
-
Yep, I would take it. Even if these guys are not the multi trillionaires that so many on here wouldn't settle any less for it is still better then being the work of a group of slimy board members and an eccentric chairman.

The 'I told you so' brigade are out. Pathetic. At least some people are gaining a sense of pleasure out of this though.

In terms of anything important, he was just rehashing what Lynam has said. Was very very focused on 'getting Le Tissier into his office and letting him get on with the job.' Also said about him and Lynam working on the 'comercial' side of the club and leaving MLT to the football.
