  1. Got an email from the club offering discounted tickets, can see why that's not appealing , anything like last seasons league game at St Mary's will trigger PTSD in the fan base
  2. We are so easy to defend against , same as last season , no threat and no chance of a top 2 finish
  3. I've not seen that confirmed by the club, definitely a question to be asked at the next fans forum! Guess we thought we'd be back in the Premier League and have no need to move it. Some teams like Norwich move segregation easily so can offer 800, 1500, 2200 depending on who the visiting team is and sell rest to their own fans, that makes much more sense as there will be plenty of teams who will get nowhere near bringing 3k to us this season
  4. For Wrexham game no history it's been on open general sale for a few days so any Tom, Dick or Hollywood actor can just make an account and buy.
  5. Lol we don't count as a giant killing 🤣 but agree they'll very much fancy a win against us I'm sure , it's a tough old journey though for a Saturday 12.30 game on tv
  6. Yeah, bad injury at Everton away , they said then he'd be out for a while
  7. I think the Skates announcement yesterday resulted in quite a few buying to ensure they qualify for tickets. Strangely Wrexham still haven't put the away allocation on sale which is very late, was checking on that to see how many we give them and at what price. Home end will definitely be sold out very soon
  8. Crikey when you put it that way can I add my name to the list of offended people?
  9. Go on then, list Armel Bella Kotchap on there on behalf of the club , let's see what we can get for him *buyer will also have to take on his wages
  10. How many players have they actually "sold" for real money vs players walking away from the club as free agents?
  11. Bookmark this for inevitable loss later in the season 😃
  12. I agree with you, however it is true that 1 - the squad is still too big, how many centre backs does one team need?! There's not been much interest for our players. 2 - loan market really doesn't get going until last fortnight, I think we're bound to pick up a couple of those and hopefully have a plan. Especially for a goal scorer. Personally I think we'll have a bumpy start to the season and Still is going to need time
  13. Not sure they ever did, was rumoured in 2010 they were going to but it didn't happen , funny old video from that day
  14. Amen , pints for breakfast, WBA play off atmosphere required
  15. Actually ignore me, would also need a purchase from previous season as well
  16. If I'm reading that correctly a Pompey fan could buy a membership now along with the cheapest ticket for Stoke at home and go straight to front of the queue for derby day tickets?
  17. Come on these sorts of posts are put out by trolls to get a reaction, just ignore it. As for the Lionnesses they've done really well to make the final, hope they go on and win it , I think Spain look strongest team though
  18. I'm not a fan of these calls for tit for tat pricing, at the end of the day it's just the loyal match going fan who suffers, fans groups uniting like Spirit of Shankly did with others in campaign to cap Premier league away pricing had much more impact and benefited all of us. (That campaign sprang from Cat A teams getting stung like Arsenal charging £63 for Cat A and £26 for Cat C) About time championship followed suit with £30 cap. Also don't understand why Premier League enforces away allocation to be 3000 or 10% if smaller, but Championship just has 2000 or 10% if smaller, would certainly help us to receive some bigger allocations
  19. I remember Cardiff I think offering £20 if opponents reciprocated for their fans. Hull are charging £24 , that will be a better away day
  20. Football really is fucked isn't it. £43 to be stuck in upper tier corner, midday on a fucking SUNDAY , no trains, really couldn't be a worse arrangement, it's a NO from me.
  21. Combined with a very inexperienced manager who will need time I just don't see us in the top 2 , in fact we'll be quite a few points off them
  22. Regional supporters clubs used to be able to help members out with tickets, I know London Saints used to and I thought Northern Saints arranged something similar , worth looking into in case that helps, although being a member will be enough for majority of games north of Birmingham I think anyway.
  23. Out of interest which aways did you want to go to last year that you missed out on? And which aways do you have an eye on for this season?
