  1. Lost to table toppers Birmingham not a huge surprise but that's now EIGHT games without a win going back to NOVEMBER, whether interested in the ladies game or not it's another sign that Sports Republic are mismanaging the club. Now dropped to 8th in an 11 team league one place above the Skates who we play next week, better bloody win that
  2. SR need to hold their hands up and acknowledge they've tried blagging their way into football ownership and have been shown to be completely clueless. They've had time to source advisors to help them in decision making but all the main calls seem to be traced back to Ankerson, Nathan Jones and Juric were identified by him , player recruitment embarrassing, other clubs must see us coming and delight in off-loading players at high prices
  3. Picked using same statistical methodology as Jones I think, points gained per pound exceeding expected position vs budget but no actual analysis of how he manages teams and which players were at the clubs
  4. Um excuse me , Aribo isn't the only one on three....
  5. Charlton won again today, I dread to think of the reaction on here if we do play and lose to Jones next season, you couldn't write a twist like that
  6. Probably a debate for another day but we've had a lot worse than Branfoot in my opinion, yes his style of play and stubbornness set him against the fans, but he kept us up and took us to Wembley, certainly a better era than now
  7. I think this is it unfortunately Baz, setting a record that will likely never be beaten.
  8. The match day programme has stickers to collect in each edition, today's is an absolute cracker - will definitely be a collectors item one day , I'm prepared to sell if anyone wants to make me an offer
  9. Wolves were shite and there for the taking and we put out a side/ performance like that, unforgivable, for me worse than other heavier recent losses to decent sides
  10. Of course, Italian ultras would pay a visit to the training ground and make the players apologise , our players get a few boos and a ripple of applause at full time. Juric seems nice enough bloke but has been appalling appointment hasn't he, worst manager of all time managing the worst team in top flight history, they should all be ashamed to show their faces
  11. You'd get good odds on that double! I'm still angry since Wolves away where we had a perfectly good goal disallowed, then they scored after two clear fouls on our players, that game knocked a lot of hope out of the club I think
  12. Brilliant isn't it. Watch those few minutes on the Saints history video from 1hr 16 , with the soundtrack and crowd shots can't help but feel emotional, great images of The Dell as well
  13. Ridiculous isn't it. Whilst it remains on here gathering more views , I recommend this site, cancel your licence and save some money 💰 https://www.defundbbc.uk/
  14. BBC is basically the Guardian, they can't disguise their left wing bias when it comes to political shows like question time and Newsnight, absolutely loved the tears when Trump won FAO CB Fry and the BBC
  15. Best video ever this one, whole thing worth a watch but fast forward to 1hr 16mins for emotional tribute to Steve Mills
  16. Before my time as well but I remember the charity game capturing the imagination of the fanbase , there's also a really nice bit on the Saints History video about the game
  17. Yes Ivan! That's the kind of fighting talk we like to see!!
  18. Assume ABK in for Bednarek, what's happened to Nathan Wood? Feels like.he has disappeared. Downes back in for Smallbone perhaps
  19. Mad isn't it. Fair play to them though, Jones has done what he needed to do for his career after the car crash at St Mary's, I know the failure hurt him and he was so desperate to do well, just wasn't the right fit.
  20. O'Brian-Whitmarsh on loan at Accrington now has been impressive in u21 games I've seen, I'd expect him to be given some opportunities pre-season.
  21. Good recognition for the u18 lads, some of them having a great season, need to try to keep them at the club and see if any can make the step up in the Championship Bit of a reality check for Dibling dropping back to u19s, I'm surprised they couldn't find room for him in u21 squad
  22. I'd take that. We must be breaking records for consecutive home defeats so a draw would put an end to that at least
  23. But what a job he's doing at Charlton, got them absolutely flying , in with a great chance of promotion
  24. We should have kept him
