Get a life Cougar Saint, it's a football forum discussing how much money Wrexham might have to spend, we're not researching for a PHD here
-
He's been a great player for us though, enjoyed watching him as a Saint
-
The club offered him new deals that he didn't sign, not much more they could have done really other than sold him but no big offers received
-
Just googled Wrexham sponsorship deals

EFL cup draw - Northampton - Tues Aug 12th 7:45pm
Football Special replied to M271's topic in The Saints
They gave us extra when we played there in 2009, I'm pretty sure they gave us end behind goal and half side stand, I'd expect same again if needed as they won't fill it, was about 2000 we took up -
Other than parachute payment club's I doubt it , sponsorship deals will be higher than probably all others , plus hugely successful documentary series adding significant income which others don't have Playing them early is probably good as I'm sure they'll have lots of new players to settle in, see how ex-Saint Parkinson manages the change

Come on MLG you know. All teams have income from EFL tv deal, match tickets etc, Wrexham then have considerable additional income from Disney documentary and global sponsorship partners, based on exposure through millions of viewers of their documentary and owners. "Wrexham AFC has secured several significant sponsorship deals, notably with United Airlines as the front-of-shirt sponsor and Meta Quest as the back-of-shirt sponsor. Additionally, they have partnerships with Aviation Gin (sleeve sponsor), TikTok, Expedia, and others. These deals have contributed to a substantial increase in the club's turnover and valuation. Here's a more detailed breakdown: United Airlines: Replaced TikTok as the front-of-shirt sponsor for both the men's and women's teams, with the deal reportedly worth between £5 million and £6 million per year. Meta Quest: Announced as the back-of-shirt sponsor for both the men's and women's teams, with the partnership extending into the 2025/26 season. Aviation Gin: Sponsors the training wear for both the men's and women's senior teams. TikTok: Previously held the front-of-shirt sponsorship, but this deal has since expired. Expedia: Sponsored the back of the shirts for two years, with the deal expiring recently. Other sponsors: Include H.P., SToK, Vistaprint, and Clogau, with the latter also launching a co-branded watch. M&S Food: Recently announced a new partnership with the club. The club's success on the field, combined with the high-profile ownership of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, has made Wrexham a desirable brand for sponsors. The club's turnover has significantly increased.

The media absolutely love them, probably because any feature on them guarantees loads of hits. I do a lot of work with people based in U.S , have to deal with them on a daily basis , other than obvious top 6 clubs the one team they all seem to know is bloody Wrexham

What stats are those? Evaluating Wrexham as an easy opponent? Yes they've had three straight promotions but they have one of the largest budgets in the league and are full of confidence, away games at Ipswich and Watford always tough, I'm not expecting many points from opening 4 games , honest evaluation of where we are currently and time Will Still needs to shift the losing culture
-
Not denying that, but our first four fixtures look quite tough to me, they have a nice start comparatively
-
I've taken into account how much disruption to our squad I expect there to be between now and September
-
Skates have a much easier start to the season than we have , expect them to be above us when we play in Sept.
-
Sheff Utd away midweek followed a few days later by Derby away, rough schedule might have to combine a few days in the peak district in between
-
Are we giving away teams the 3000 away allocation this season or just the 2000? Either way, Wrexham will definitely fill it for the first game and expect to see Hollywood actors hanging around in the directors box
-
League cup 1st round draw today as well, fully expect us to get knocked out as quickly as possible like last time in the Championship away at Gillingham
-
Cheers, yeah sorry I replied before seeing your other posts Bound to take years these things
-
That's very interesting, is there any link to those plans? Good luck to them

And this will fill the space north of the ground https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/24368830.hundreds-homes-approved-southampton-gasworks-site/

Joking aside, when the big cruise ships are in there's a real shortage of hotel rooms in the city, not sure any of them would want to stay next to Northam estate though. It's bad enough by the Premier Inn , went past there recently at 10am, crack addict stood in the underpass with his trousers round his ankles pissing against the wall , definitely room for some gentrification to be done
-
The gasworks has gone now hasn't it? Plans to build flats on it I think https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/24368830.hundreds-homes-approved-southampton-gasworks-site/ But as a prostitute using concrete enthusiast you've sold the project to me, get it done Dragan

Not hard to understand? Championship season ended 3rd May, most of them started breaks then. Our season ended 25th May vs Arsenal so our summer break is shorter than other clubs which may impact our pre season return
-
Remember most other championship teams finished their season first weekend in May whereas we had three more weeks

I think it only works in cases like Chelsea where they sold hotels to a sister business and the income from those sales was then counted towards PSR, creative accounting
