He is a talented player and a leader on the pitch but once his head was turned it was inevitable that he was going and I'd rather that than have him playing half-arsed this season. Hopefully his replacement will be a decent one and we can continue the feel-good factor that seemed to grow exponentially yesterday.

100% agree, I was watching from the media box at Fareham Town FC where I volunteer as matchday announcer and even with a relatively slow connection it was buffer free.

I know what you mean buddy. You've got 9yrs on me but it's a similarish situation (I lost my dad a couple of years ago and he was the one to blame for me supporting saints!). Watching Sheffield Weds v Bradford and it's interesting to see Joe Lumley looking like an accomplished goalkeeper, Callum Slattery (remember him?) pulling the strings in midfield and Yan Valery showing flashes of the player that he could've become!

Well my home shirt arrived from DHGate today and, you remember I had decided to go for SALT 00 on the back? It wasn't a bad effort bless them! 🤣 To be fair they have already agreed to send out a replacement so that's decent service. The shirt looks reasonable apart from the smaller badge, I wonder if that is an attempt to get round copyright laws 🤔 3rd shirt is still awaiting despatch so hopefully it will be with me by Christmas!

I've got their own player on my phone and tablet but was watching it on my TV using the IBO Player. It's not a bad app to be honest and only cost a few pounds for lifetime access.
