quick question... I get to go to about 10 home games a season due to family commitments... am I more of a 'true fan'... if I buy a season ticket and on the games I can't attend.. I lend my season ticket to whatever Tom, **** and 'arry that wants to see the game...or if I but regular tickets and leave a seat for those that really deserve it... seems on this forum.. I can only be a true fan... if I buy a season ticket....

...in my experience this pretty faceless.... Behind the scenes the bbc take complaints pretty seriously....according to a senior bbc producer that I'm pretty close to... You need about 10 complaints to get your backside kicked internally...and make a change... They might roll out the corporate chat externally...but...it makes a diffference

I know people are starting to question some of his decisions.... But it's very obvious what the young players think of him... And any certainty over the club structure/management can only encourage players to stay... At least for a while, whilst they believe that we're still building towards something....

....also think that tactically we surprised teams at the start of the season... and the better teams probably didn't bother looking at our tactics as they just assumed that they would walk all over us... unfortunately think there is an element where teams have worked out how to play us (another downside in that we don't really have other players to bring on.. to vary the tactics much)....add that to the injuries.. and we're not playing with the same confidence we had before....

personally think the summer will be dependant on the owner/CEO/manager situation and the World Cup. We need stability/money to give the players belief that Southampton is still going somewhere.. without it will be heading back towards the bottom of the table.... .. then there's the World Cup....it still amazes me, how much top managers with expensive scouting systems, seem to be heavily influenced by a few players having a good performance at the WC. There's always one player that has a great WC... who subsequently has a big money transfer and then pretty much fails to deliver....... This could of course work both ways for us... i.e. if Shaw or Lallana go and have a great WC, they'll be even greater targets, but at least the price will have gone up... or they don't go.. and Mourinho/Moyes see some new left back from Honduras, that they'd rather have than Shaw..

disappointed by the attitude from MoPo today...fairly hard to argue that it was the strongest side we could put out... especially when the manager can't be bothered to face the media... and he puts a kid on for 7 minutes, to replace Lallana... yes the players have to take some responsibility as well.. pretty flat performance from the start...mind you there were rumblings of that performance in their flatness against Stoke... very little urgency in their play...

Disappointed that Clyne and Shaw didn't go outside their full backs enough... Were too keen on playing it safe and coming back inside...played into Stoke's hands....

So if you take Gaston and Osvaldo out....we'd be spending in the bottom 5....

No idea what world class means on here....according to Pastor Patron... Michael Owen wouldn't 't have been world class .... The facts as I see them.... He was a more than decent striker in Italy....he's showed some moments of absolute class in England... But not showed it consistently... And not really got the pace of the EPL.... Obviously needs help with his temperament... If Fonte was willing to forgive him...I'd be more than happy that he stayed and 'cos there's a chance he could be excellent...if the boys don't want him... More than happy that he goes.... ... But we can't start pretending we never wanted him... Or thought he had a chance of being 'world class' ... Whatever that means..

If you look at it closely...Brown gets a touch, followed by another touch by Gaston, followed by Brown completely going through Gaston.... So the first touch is actually irrelevant ....but still...have to move on now,...more interested to know how Lovren is doing?.... We can survive 6-8 weeks without GR... But not convinced we can without DL..

We won't really know whether this is good or bad...without knowing why he left.... Seems odd that he resigned in the autumn ...but left today in a rush....something must have come to a head...maybe the Milan job....

Personally... Would have liked to see Tadanari Lee for the last 15 minutes... Would have been interesting to have some pace against their woeful centre backs

LLP has most likely got this spot on... as Vibrac is based in the Virgin Islands.. I suspect that this is much to do with managing corporation tax etc...
