Bruno Fernandes to still cry like a little bitch if the wind so much as touches him.
-
I’d take Daniel Farke if Leeds don’t want him.

It might be a bit early but now leagues are starting to conclude it’s fascinating to start thinking about what the next season will bring, not just for us, but for other clubs too. I’ve looked into my mystic ball and here’s a few I’m already thinking are nailed on: - First game of the EFL season will be Wrexham at home to one of the relegated Premier League sides (us, Leicester or Ipswich). - Sky and BBC will continue their celebrity w***fest of the Welsh club in the meantime. - Birmingham will reach the play offs having spent £30-40m, and claim it to be just “hard work and talent that have got them there”. - Tottenham will part ways with Ange Postecoglu and Mauricio Pochettino will return to lead them to fifth place. - Chelsea will spend £300m and only have a Carolina Cup to show for it. - Man United will spend £300m, Sky pundits will continue to talk about how this is “there season” (again), before mid-November reverting to the same commentary of “it’s the same problems”. Like they’ve done for the last eight years. Dull TV. - Saints will lose away to Pompey and draw at home. - Mid-December Scott Parker to be sacked at Burnley and replaced by Sean Dyche. - Arsenal to not win the Premier League again, and Arteta to put it down to “building the right squad” again having already spent £1b since taking over. - Burnley, Sheffield United and the play off team to be relegated from the Premier League. - Ross Stewart to not make it to September without some kind of niggle/injury.

I wouldn’t say there’s many luxury Chaampionship managers out there to be perfectly honest. Danny Rohl is kind of the banker given comments, previous links etc. But Jesus Christ he needs backing, his players bringing in, player buy in, fan buy in etc.

Tyler Dibling - Official: Signs for Everton
Willo of Whiteley replied to Dusic's topic in The Saints
He talked about Russell Martin like a second father. He needs to remember that football careers are short and managers come and go, some you will like, some you will not. But it’s important to not throw your toys out the pram. He is still a kid, a very weedy kid that is playing in the Premier League. How many of his former colleagues in the same age group gone on to play first team football at their age? Last time I checked they were playing low EFL level or U18 football on big money elsewhere. He needs to stay grounded, stay local. If he talks about how much he loves the club, commit, knuckle down, put this season down to one of learning and be ready for next season. He could be an absolute diamond next season. -

I think he’ll still be around next season. It would be one hell of a punt to fork out stupid money on someone that has semi-performed this season. He’s been ok but he needs to thrive in a team that is performing. -
Leeds ditching Farke is bold to say the least. Leicester I think will end up with Russell Martin, I only see RM going either there or Norwich. Lampard I’m sure will stay at Coventry. Sean Dyche will be the banker for taking over at Burnley mid-November to replace bottom place Scott Parker. Steve Cooper will be on hold for a Premier League job I’m sure. Rohl will come here. Poch will be back at Spurs. Thanks all 😇😅

He’s hardly going to come out in public and say “what the fuck is going on, are those people on the board thick as pig shit” is he 😅
-
Not paying for the article but I’m getting the host that they might have financial problems? Couldn’t have happened to a bigger set of fans that now have a self entitlement of being a top six team. 😂 I’m sure they’ll be promoted either way next season.
-
They’ll be people on here and fans out there that were delighted to see Russell Martin sacked, equally those same people will be annoyed that he’s being linked with Leicester or if he ended up at a potential promotion rival. 😂
-
I think Martin will end up back at Norwich or at Leicester.
-
I’ve heard similar through someone that works with the club. This is why I haven’t felt as annoyed by Russell Martin as some. As I’ve said before, sure he made mistakes and should’ve tinkered tactically a little bit, but he had little to no support in regards to transfers and negotiations. He’s also in the position where he wouldn’t necessarily be able to talk about things like this, there a lots of contracts and agreements that are out in place to stop leaks happening about internal business. He was hardly going to go on “The Rest Is Football” podcast and say this and that was happening.

Arsenal walking the ball into Ipswich’s net for their first goal. Amazed that Delap hasn’t started the last few games.
-
Rohl has done well with one arm tied behind his back. Let’s wait and see. He’s odds on favourite, surely only a matter of time. It looks all but set for him to takeover. Indications suggest this anyway.
-
I’d take Ralph back.
-
Just seen the score, not bad I suppose, chances for both teams, seems a fair result from the highlights. Fullrig (I think) sounds a little angry from his post match interview!
-
They went about twelve points clear and then suddenly everyone else caught up, shame. I’m sure they’ll stay up but it makes it all the more interesting.

Says a lot about the American people the fact they voted in an ego-driven orangutang with an a huge sense of self worth as their president.

2-0 to West Ham. Same as the last match, hold them to a 0-0 until the 70th minute before a quick fire double.
-
I just hope whoever comes in is ready for mid July. Kick out the deadwood and work on building the squad over pre-season. Part of me is expecting SR to diddle about until the day before the season starts.
-
According to Graham Bailey in the last ten minutes, Liam Rosenior is no longer in contention - he basically isn’t interested. The supposed shortlist includes Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and Danny Rohl, the latter is pushing hardest.
-
Burnley have to be the dullest team ever. The end to the Championship season is going to look wild at the top and bottom, not many point separating teams.
-
Sport Republic are all talk and no end product.
-
No doubt the club will sign off on something utterly ridiculous. Wouldn’t put it past them to change our kit to look like Spurs and have practically no red like a few years ago. It would be a very SR thing to do. I get Puma are the manufacturers, but these things still need signing off from the club. I will never understand why clubs produce stupid kits that will never sell. Sure they get a bit of PR for 24 hours but they don’t make any sales. 😂
