It’s not a transfer for transfers sake. Fellows is shit. He has been shit largely since signing. A winger with an inability to look up, shoot or make a pass. My comment about him was tongue in cheek but the facts are still true. If you can pick up a tidy winger on loan that can at a minimum run forward with the ball, then the likelihood is they’re an immediate upgrade on Tom Fellows.

I actually quite like him, he adds something different in terms of a bit of pace and finding space in behind. If he could have a bit of composure with his finishing he’d be considered much higher. But he’s certainly not a bad player.

Positives: Harwood-Bellis, Lavia, Charles Negatives: Bazunu for the obvious reasons. Larios is permanently injured. Mubama, it’s not looking good. Edozie, a bit of flair is all when and good but he has done nothing with it in four years.

Leave Jay Robinson out on loan. Get another striker in. Get a pacy winger in that has even half an eye to goal, an ability to dribble without staring at the ground, and someone that contributes more than a bland stepover. Bin off Tom Fellows.

Tom Fellows adds nothing to the team. Absolutely jack shit.

Fellows is piss poor. Bloke never looks up when dribbling and always runs into the opposition or falls over.

Not sure why anyone would start Fellows, very limited as a player. A lot of pace and the odd stepover but not much else. Big opportunity for Mubama. Roerslev not in a squad again. He’s almost certainly gone in January. The attacking line scares me, no Dobbin seems like Tonda tinkering. Very glad I’m playing five-a-side at 20:00 😂

Sunday lunchtime

Congratulations on the 400 mark! Started listening from maybe 200 onwards, my go-to Saints fix every week. Always amusing, a good listen and this has helped convert my wife into a Saints and become a regular listener - although I don’t think she understands when she asks “Isn’t it your turn to go on soon?” 😂 Keep up the great content, really impressive all round!

1-1 written all over this game

One thing noticeable about this Premier League game (Liv v Ars) is how gobby the players are to each other, the digs in each tackle and the dissent towards officials which goes unpunished.

Bragg starting yesterday really concerned me but I thought alongside JWP he looked very calm and assured, he probably just needs to speed up his turn and awareness, he can dither a little. Jander is excellent but has been injured, and Downes has been a shoe in and should continue to be for a while. Ultimately you shouldn’t change a winning team, but I can see there being a similar rotation schedule to what we saw at the end of last season.
