There was a guy in the Army when my Dad was in there in the 80s....Major Flood. There's a motor racing driver called Jack Goff (does the Clio Cup UK), and my fave of the lot, is the East Midlands Today BBC weathergirl, Sara Blizzard. Oh, and TCWTB might count too, but he's just a joke in general.

Lucy Pinder moved away.

I've said all along, that he's working for Chanrai, getting the CVA approved to suit Chanrai's proposed offer (thats the only why we'd have a figure to work the CVA out to), and when its accepted, Chanrai (and Comical Andy) will have a football club with no debt to punt onto the first chump to walk through the door. This Admin process for Pompy is only to remove the debt, nothing more.

Watching us literally carve up Spurs on telly during the FA Cup Final year. Amazing to watch and I was soooooo proud of the guys.

Would love to see Drew back here but think he'll end up at Forest or Leicester.

The only notable one I can think of recently is Mido playing for Spurs for a grand a week.

Spain and Messi.

I had Dotun Adebayo read out a text of mine on 5 Live's World Football Phone-In. I asked Tim Vickery what Agustin Delgado was up to after he left us. The answer was 'not a lot' lol.

Absolutely, and I can't see why anyone wouldn't.

The problem is, theres no precedent, so its *very* murky waters for what penalties can and can't be applied. The closest would probably be Chester City being kicked out of the Conference for not fulfilling their fixtures (players going on strike over unpaid wages), but even then, thats not the Footbal League.

I'm still gonna say he has one lined up....Chanrai.

MK Dons went into Admin as Wimbledon, then were bought and taken out of Admin as MK Dons. I can't see a recent precedent to say that PFC2010 or whatever can come out of a liquidated club and resume where they left off. Wiki on MKD: ''Although there have been club relocations in the UK, there had never been such a relocation of a professional club within the English pyramid system, and this move attracted widespread criticism. Those who interpreted the League decision as American-style sports "franchises" gave Wimbledon the disparaging title "Franchise F.C.". At the behest of the Football Supporters Federation, the fans of other teams boycotted games against the club and crowds dwindled to non-League levels. On 5 June 2003, Wimbledon went into financial administration with debts of more than £20 million.[7] During the 2003–04 season, Wimbledon F.C. was run by the administrators and many of the team's players were sold. At the end of a dismal season, the club was relegated to League One. During the summer of 2003, the National Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes was converted for use as a football stadium, and in September 2003, Wimbledon F.C. moved into the National Hockey Stadium. In June 2004, Inter MK Ltd, led by chairman Pete Winkelman, brought the club out of administration. Upon buying the club, Winkelman announced that he was changing the name of Wimbledon F.C. to Milton Keynes Dons F.C.. When the club formally emerged from administration under the new name and ownership on 1 July, Winkelman also announced that he was changing the club's blue and yellow kit to all-white, and introducing a new club badge. The new badge bore the letters 'MMIV', signifying that 2004 was a new start for the Milton Keynes Dons.''

They've got to have someone interested in the first place, to be able to be put off by the higher figures. "I do not believe that the figures will come as a surprise to anyone who has been interested in buying the club'', because no-one has been interested in buying the club.

Surprise surprise, doubts are only now creeping in about Rob Lloyds group. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_6131461,00.html

Ladies and gentlemen, today is the day that we reached 500 pages. 500 pages of confusion. 500 pages of hillarity. 500 pages of utter shock. 500 pages of the realisation that they aren't as bad as we thought....they're much, much worse. Thanks to everyone who has contributed, dug things up, clarified and saw though the mess better than anyone in the footballing world and media could do. You guys are just awesome. And the greatest part is, the best is yet to come. Here's to the next milestone, and the death of a rotten cheating club.

Would I be right in thinking Chanrai has said to Comical Andy, that he shouldn't look that hard for a buyer, and when the magical date rolls around, he's gonna offer a certain amount to take them out of admin? Thus, thats the figure Comical is working to, to calculate the CVA? And thus, all his efforts so far (inflating/creating debt to marginalise HMRC's postion) are to make sure that the whole situation gets to the point where Chanrai can make an offer?

Its one of those things where if you dont get it, you're never going to get it really.

Just read the Collymore/Snooze link. Pompy fans have their heads stuck so far in the sand, they are pooping sandcastles.

Yeah, she needs to know where I am Orange has been average to me really, in 18months I've had to call them up twice because I couldn't get a signal at all for about 2 days (they blamed it on transmitter work). The customer serivce was OK but where I live and work never seems to give above quarter to half signal strength. Haven't had a call drop, but have had texts eaten by the network and spat out a few hours later (one was 2 days later!). I was with T-Mobile and then O2 on PAYG and was pretty happy. I know the fair useage on Orange was 3000 or so.
