I agree with the first bit and suggested the same at the time, would still question his judgement over the Pinnacle alignment but as said many times he was not the only one. Don't think it has ever been suggested Crouch's absence is due to having to pay for a ticket and, like you, would like to know what, if we are to believe he no longer goes, did happen to warrant staying away.

As he was charged with getting the creditors the 'best deal' did they, the creditors, have the opportunity to vote ? as we, the fans, were referenced in the decision to give him the award were we asked how we felt he had dealt with our emotions ? thought we were largely, at the end, pretty much ignored/kept in the dark(rightly or wrongly under the circumstances)
