If you buy any unlocked mobile phone and put a contract sim card in it, it will work without a problem. However I don't think O2 sell the iphone without a contract. I believe even when you purchase them from ebay you are still tied to a monthly contract unless you purchase some crack program which changes something on the phone, then you can phone up O2 and advise them that you would like to cancel the contract (Think you have 30 days to do so in) then you end up only paying for the phone. It's a right muddle though. I wouldn't want to pay for a piece of equipment like that and literally bodge it from day one to get it to work. Best check with Ess though as I expect he'll know exactly what you need to do to avoid the ridiculous £60 a month or whatever you pay for the iphone on a contact. I'd get an itouch instead personally!

If he wasn't fat or didn't want to adopt, then there wouldn't be a problem. It's entirely their fault.

Hmmm I was trying to transfer some data from my current hdd with XP on to the one with Windows 7 on and it became fairly glitchy and windows explorer stopped responding lol. I think theres still quite a bit that needs sorting out, but I enjoyed using it. I found from day #1 with Vista that it was absolutely pants.

Ok here is my full summary of my experiences using Windows 7 thus far: It is f*cking brilliant! It does everything we wanted vista to do. They've copied all the great functions of Mac. It is much, much, much faster and the use of the toolbar etc has been changed so it is much easier to use for people like me who have 13.3" laptop screens. It looks just the same as vista, but I think it's going to be really good. I'm going to be using it as my main OS (obviously on a spare hdd) for the next few days. So far so good. None of the lag that you get in vista. Everything is prompt. Using a Dell XPS M1330 at work with a C2D 1.4ghz/2gb RAM

For an idiot like you I'd download CCleaner which has a tab which shows you all the start up programs which you can then delete. Otherwise click start, run and type msconfig, then go on the startup toolbar.

Anyone tried it? Any good? Downloading it at the moment to have a play around.

I think you should all sue my mother for giving birth to me.

Or you could use Mr Muscle Sink Unblocker. I think you can unblock sinks with that.

Right. I've got a laptop hard drive in a caddy - great. Now I've got another laptop hard drive and want to fit it into the same caddy - can't find anything. Ideas?

Pretty certain you can't.

TDDwas asking us if we missed them as a store - of course all companies that close are going to be disappointing for all the redundancies - it's the purpose of the store that I think we're discussing.
-
They've been failing for years for all I'm concerned. All their cheap products were absolutely crappy and shouldn't be bought because of terrible quality, and all their expensive products were well over priced. It's companies that do something different - like M&S that would be a loss IMO. Wilkinsons and Argos do pretty much exactly the same job as Woolworths so I won't be missing them as a store, but it's a shame that a company that has been going for so many years has crumbled - the highstreet definitely won't feel the same - but I don't really think there is a market for selling cheap crap these days when you've got the internet.

I can't get on the website now Can someone put the picture of him on here? I want to show someone at work so we can laugh hysterically.

Could be good - could be Halo 4. Depends. I loved the first one, but only because it went on for ages.
