A drew against Millwall is good. We win on Saturday making the difference 6, and we go into the Oldham game knowing a win will put us 3 points off. Personally I reckon they will be 2 points ahead of us going into the last game. All we will need is for Exeter to hold them (at Exeter) and we will obviously beat Southend. Radios at the ears that day I reckon.

Even if they fluke a win against Millwall on Friday and we win, we are bound to win at home to Oldham which still leaves us 5 points behind I know. However that means if Huddersfield draw, lose and win each of their last 3 games and we still finish above them on goal difference. I also reckon that this time next week we will be above Colchester. Keep the belief !!

To be fair that was because they were already down and having a party and we were all but in the play offs. Would have been different if we had both needed results.

and even if they get their 4 points this week, if we somehow get two wins then were 6 points behind them with our game in hand to go = 3 points

If we can somehow manage to win these 2 away game on Tues and Sat, we go into our game in hand with around 5 or 6 points off which should obviously become 2 or 3. With 3 game to go.

The fact is weve just drawn too many away games. Weve been distracted by 10 cup games. He just wanted the club to have a good season. If we end up just out of the play offs and with the JPT win, then I for one wont be spitting feathers. Next season is different. If were not in the top two by Xmas, he's out, and then we'll bring in another quality manager to get us up. I think we'll dominate this league like Newcastle did in the CCC this year and like Fulham did when Keegan got them out of this league.

Obviously we will lose ground this weekend as Colchester are at home to Wycombe. After Wembley, if we can get quick 2 wins over Easter and then imagine what the league table would look like with a win in our game in hand (home to Oldham) then it wont look that impossible.
