To be serious, a BK after a games is seriously **** poor recovery food. I thought players these days were almost banned from eating that kind of crap.. You would argue, what's the harm, one burger? Others might say that one of our greatest players ever finished 5 years early because of a crap diet, whilst professionals like Giggs and Philips are playing into their forties. one burger won't make much of a difference, but there's a fine line of difference at the top level.

I didnt think he offered much under Adkins, in fact I wondered if he was any better than Dean Hammond, But the back end of last season and this season has seen his contribution make the difference. We certainly have an abundance of decent midfielders, keep them, get a goalie, CB and striker and we'll be alright again next season.
