Hello hello. Is this a formal request then? Is it suggesting that certain clubs who have sold players to Portsmouth are not receiving money? These other clubs being premiership club I would suggest. Rival clubs one might say.

Correct. There are far more "worthy" players for the selling that Adam.

The amjority of players in League 1 are British. Have a look at the "Current Squads" on the teams Wiki pages to see the amount of English and Scottish flags.

Maybe, but I think the -10 is a noose round our necks at the moment. Shift that and we can then push on up the league.

Great read. Ive got it for the last 2 weeks now (managed to find a local source) and I do enjoy it. One small point to FF, its not 100% non Premiership - there is a round up near the back, but its only 1/2 page IIRC.
