It does appear that RDM's biggest asset was saying yes to those boys. He had a chance that few others with his experience would have got and failed to deliver at a club with massive resources.

Alan Nixon was saying the same thing. However, he must have been lying as the story was not positive.

Tyreese. Impressed with this casting too. http://www.examiner.com/article/walking-dead-news-chad-coleman-cast-as-tyreese-another-character-to-return

You think that's bad? Alpine Saint is an anagram of Anal Nite Sip.

So in essence, don't bash the bishop?

I like the Adam and Joe XFM podcasts too. Their rip of Colin Farrell is hilarious.

I've bought every home shirt since the sash ( and have a few others kicking about ). Still really unsure on the new kit; either to wear or to watch on-screen. Looks a bit tacky close up. The big plastic advertising hoarding is craap3, imo.

Different attitude in the States, I think - especially that part. Bit of body ornamentation is relatively small-scale.

Same really. Did you ever see him as the dickhead brother in How Do You Want Me? That's some of his earlier work. The man is tremendously talented. I enjoy his comedy show without finding it rip-roaringly funny, but his vocal skills are awesome and I've enjoyed seeing him in most stuff he's in. Just a shame that with all that vocal talent, he went for Woolton

My mate's girlfriend needs votes for some modelling competition.

On that note, get on with it Art Brut. Some outrageous claims in there, including one about Israel and Palestine. Personally, I don't think moshing is the answer. Send the lot of them to Ibiza and get them off their tits on MDMA in mixed raves. As crazy as that sounds, I've got a mate in Northern Ireland who reckons that the 90s drug culture in Northern Ireland did more to bring about a change of attitudes than anything else.

I am very disappointed with British subs too. I bought one today. F*cker didn't even float. The exterior seemed to be made of some baguette-like substance, while the airy interior of the "living quarters" was full to bursting with ham, cheese and salad vegetables. It was only after I was dragged out of the Mersey that I found out that "sub" is an American word for sandwich. How we laughed on the way to A+E.

I have made it my life's work to ensure that every thread that mentions Clarkson gets a trip to Clarkson Island. [video=youtube;DMuO-8S_0Wg]

It's a waste of a good title in my opinion. My pitch for your title would be an alternate reality Battle of Britain, in which the Germans decide to drop sexually charged frauleins onto the British population, literally re-defining the term "carpet bombing" in the process.

RN submarines are infinitely better than Austrian ones.

This is way OT, but I've been reading the Walking Dead comics. It's made me love the TV show more, and it's not because the comics are crap. They're actually better than the show.... ...BUT... who wants to read a comic on-screen? Game of Thrones is a superb show, but essentially, it follows the books quite closely. Significantly more change in S2, I grant you; but the changes make sense for the intended format. Walking Dead (TV) takes that all a step further. It does more than merge a few characters and plotlines. It actually kills a lot of them off stone dead. Now, a book-to-TV purist might moan that they've strayed too far from the source material. I'd agree with that, but I'm not complaining. Thematically, it's the same show. Hell, most events in the comics turn up in the TV show. They just happen to different characters or at different times. In terms of overall theme, TV and comic are indistinguishable. In terms of specifics, they vary greatly. As a fan of both mediums, this is good to see.

FFS, Turks. Please tell me we're past the "I don't know what racism is" period of faux-cluelessness you espoused over the MOBOs.

Interesting article, but not remotely surprising - given the broad definition of Semite. I love the genetic proof angle.

It's a fair enough point - IF you accept that not everyone cared. That kind of acceptance is difficult against the backdrop of the demonstrations, the largest the UK has ever seen.

Dude, there is a whole section of this forum that I rarely post in ( Motoring ), largely because I have nothing to say on the issue. If I followed your example, I'd post on each and every one of those threads saying I don't care, because bratwurst and shopping are more important. I don't; largely because I don't have a strong conviction either way. If I even attempted to wade into that forum with my limited knowledge and conviction, I'd expect to be pulled up. It's perfectly valid to say that you're not interested and that you don't care, but that's about the extent of it. Adds nothing to the debate though.

Yeah. I'm sure the rush out of Basra felt victorious, TDD.

Why turn a decent point about the priorities of the individual into a crass statement on benefits and large screen TVs? The shame of it is that there is a germ of truth in your comments ( people don't give a f**k ) but you go and mess it all up with some transparent agenda post.
