Do you think they still are? I think they are heading towards the 2nd group, top 6. As it stands, without significant signings we will be in the third / fourth group, mid table / avoiding relegation. Having said that, I think he could aim higher than villa.

Disagree, if you want the status of owning an EPL club at a relatively low price then we would be a good bet. There , is a risk of relegation next season if we don't improve the squad, but that is unlikely even without an investor. If an investor were to come in and back 2 or 3 signings the risk of relegation would be minimal.
