You have to also give Credit to the support staff. We have recruited really good characters, something you haven’t been able to say for a very long time. I also suspect there was an intervention at some stage from JW, getting Russ to adapt his style to what we see now.

Looks like a star in the making, seems to have that X factor. First time I’ve seen him and I get the same feeling I did watching Walcott, Bale, Beattie, lallana, Shearer and MLT make their debuts. No pressure Tyler!

It’s possible that they are ensuring a replacement is in place before they let him go. I’d be happy to keep him, and extend if we stay in this division next season. iI we go up we will need to upgrade, but that could be said for 75% of this season’s squad.

I thought it was a good listen all round. Most of that series are well worth listening to.
