  1. In what possible way can an away day be good because of a Wetherspoons of all pubs?
  2. Great, we now have their soppy little Ultras group in the premier league. With Holloway I'm sure it started with us when he was manager of Leicester and we won 2-1 there and Surman scored a penalty. Or it might have been 1-0 actually. But I seem to remember him being a nob after that game.
  3. Any group has its selection of idiots. Some of you say there's the idiots that attach themselves to football to just have a tear up, well it's the same for the EDL. But what I don't get is how anyone can be against militant Islam? The religion is completely backwards. There are 100 Sharia law courts in England that use Sharia law and not our own laws. For example I think a rape needs to have 3 male witnesses or a woman is instantly convicted of lying. Not even saying I'm in support of the EDL but the message is right, Islam isn't compatible with our ways of life. Hindus, Sikhs etc have all managed to integrate fine. Living in Croydon it's plain to see that there's always a fair bit of tension and the amount of black lads that you now see converting to Islam is going up by the day.
  4. I'm going to show you all up. Well I would do, but I can't run anymore.
  5. It's not "sensible" pricing at all. It's sensible if you compare it to last season yes, but why does it NEED to go up? Clubs are making much more money from this TV deal so what's the need to squeeze every last penny out of its fans? To watch football it's an obscene amount of money. Still, I'll be renewing like the mug that I am.
  6. What are you on about?
  7. Every week all we want to sing is OWTS 100s of times. Do some of you idiots not know anything else?
  8. We must have been on an earlier train to Forest last season. We got as far as Market Harborough, got a minibus to Nottingham from there.
  9. I religiously need a **** just before kick off and at half time. Sometimes I go for a **** during the first half if I have consumed too much beer for my women's bladder to cope with. I also have a habit of hitting the bloke in front by accident when singing/disputing a decision/celebrating a goal. At Spurs on Saturday I also elbowed the girl in front of me on the top of the head. She wasn't getting involved, singing or doing anything apart from giving her boyfriend a kiss now and again. I saw this as a mini victory and can only hope that she will stay away from football from now on. If you are the bloke in front of me in row EE on the aisle seat between blocks 2-3 then I apologise.
  10. They really are a different breed those Skates.
  11. I thought Adebayor was very good tonight. Even not taking the goal into account.
  12. No. Watching an online stream for free every week is not dedication.
  13. Yeah proper dedication that. Congratulations. 1000s of miles you've racked up and 100s of pounds spent.
  14. Oh for f*ck sake. I'd suggest going somewhere else for the day if you want to wear fancy dress.
  15. Can anyone in the top tier tell me how many were stood/sat up there?
  16. I'm normally the first to moan about our support but today it was very good. This is how it feels to be Pompey, This is how it feels to be small, You sign Whittingham, We sign Pochettino, Pochettino, Pochettino..
  17. That's not weird. It's just genius.
  18. You're a bit weird, aren't you?
  19. I meant a pantomime or something. The point still stands. Fancy dress and mexican waves are for c*nts.
  20. All the 'ultra' b*llocks has no place in English football. Neither do Mexican waves and fancy dress. Flares and smoke bombs are ok and can add to the atmosphere but the organised singing and flags should be kept abroad. English support is spontaneous. If you want to do mexican waves and dress up then why don't you go to the theatre?
  21. Skate.
  22. No idea what's happened to our support this year. We only seem to want to sing OWTS most of the time. The Northam looks and sounds sh*t from the Itchen North, and barely any one makes any effort in the Itchen North either. WBA's support was embarrassing. Mostly sat down and doing mexican waves. Gimps.
  23. We've made every game this season home and away this season. There's a good tight nit group of lads. About 10-15 regulars but on some of the popular trips like Arsenal, we had 2 minbuses, with well over half of them not even having tickets! Unfortunately at Swansea last week, as the minibus pulled in, 8 of them slid open the minibus doors made a run for freedom. Joke's on them, they're stuck in Wales now!
  24. This is embarrassing. The 2nd season usually seems to be harder than the first for the promoted clubs that stay up. We'll more than likely be in a relegation scrap like we have been for most of this season.
