Basically that says if we win 2 more games, then we'll stay up. Have to be pretty disasterous in the rest of the games to win 2 and go down. Hopefully we'll finish around 13th/14th. Maybe other 'safe' teams may tail off a bit at the end of the season, and we'll still have the focused mentality.

Personally not sure Gerrard is capable of changing his game enough. His game is built on being a 'rampaging midfielder' and Pirlo's adjusted in a lot slower league. He was world class a few years ago, but arguably not anymore.

Although I'd like to agree, Fulham and WHU having 2 games in hand and Sunderland 1 game, I think they'll also pick points up from them. Saying that I would love it if WHU went down.

Fact is we don't need to sell, and the player is happy at Southampton. Those two things go a long way. I'm also sure that Cortese won't want any of our key players to leave and won't let them unless we get a ridiculous offer. Also players are only worth what someone will pay for them so it's hard to put a value on it. But unless circumstances change, I can't see us considering an offer less that £15-20m for either.

The only teams he'd go to would be the top sides IMO. I wouldn't consider anything less than 20m personally.

Lucas gerrard Allen were all completely outclassed by Morgan and Cork. They're both such exceptional players, not many partnerships I'd swap them for in the league.

If he was playing in the French league I'm sure he'd be playing for France now. Who is in front of him in his position?

How/why do you not rate him? I don't think he'd look out of place in many teams in the world, and is one of the best players at his job in the league this season. But I am biased I do have some man love for him. Great to see a player like him develop over time. Coming in at a low point, and then us getting taken over and him improving and improving over the last 3 years slowly adding different bits to his game.

Given that Henderson went for £20m, and Allen went for 15m, I wouldn't consider selling Schneiderlin for less than £25m. He's absolutely class. Ran the game AGAIN today and scored again.
