Seems to be very similar to the start of the season. Playing well but not getting resutls.

Think it was because the next round of the champs league is on the following week, therefore they couldn't play Monday night and midweek. Whereas they can play sat lunchtime and midweek. So the Manchester derby is now Monday night with ours sat lunchtime....(I think)

This. Lee is crap. It was odd enough that because he was injured a lot last year then suddenly he'd be amazing in the prem. now as he has gone on loan to a very poor level, he's someone we're missing?!? Crazy.

Think with Lallana is, despite getting himself into some great areas to put a decent ball in the box, or get into a goalscoring opportunity, we very rarely actually do anything with it. He takes too many touches when in goal scoring opportunities and rarely puts a good ball in the box. Do think we'd see more out of Gaston with a more mobile forward. The amount of times he's broken through and he's been looking for the key pass, but ends up just dropping it off to the midfield because the run hasn't been made.

Can only play something like 2 over 21s though can't you? Think Reeves, Seaborne, Forren, Barnard, Forte, Dickson, De Ridder, Lee, Martin and Mayuka all 'over aged'.

People are surprised he;s not ready as it was said that we needed strengthening at the back. Makes it pretty pointless bringing him in in January if he wasn't able to contribute this season.
