http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/nottingham-forest-specials/next-permanent-manager Adkins 2nd favourite behind Billy Davies... Quite funny to see their owner at 11th favourite

We'd have the potential to be like Coventry. It annoys me when you see such a nice stadium and theres barely anyone in it. Embarrassing.

Although currently working in temporary roles I am looking for something a lot more long term. I am a recent graduate in Accountancy and Finance 2:2 as of June, and am looking to start my career in it....(looking to do CIMA!) Have tried a variety of agencies, websites, applying directly to companies among other things and haven't yet had any luck. Does anyone have any insider tips, or advice from people who already work in this field about how it's best to go about things? I am currently doing temp roles which are finance based (admin/purchase ledger/tax) which is all good experience for me, but nothing has realy taken off yet. Any advice would be welcome. The best one I have had so far was from a close family friend who said "Move to New Zealand as they're desparate for people to fulfill finance accounting roles". Although not ideal, it could be potential if I don't find anything soon.

Cork - Schneiderlin partnership, changed under Pocchetino?

Mulumbu and Yacob were awesome at the start of the season, but have dropped standards a bit recently. -
Any videos of the home crowd after Schneidelin's Wigan goal?

Reckon it wasn't far off 4000. I noticed it says in the programme the previous games attendances incluing away fans. So if anyone is going to any other Wigan games at the DW, then buy a programme so we can find out lol -
Halfway line I think isn't it ? I sit in the corner block 37.

That has included Man Utd, Everton, Chelsea, Arsenal, Stoke away, Yes we should have probably won a couple more but it's in our own hands and the remaining fixtures are easier than those we've just had IMO.

Agree but it's not just about now is it. We clearly have a long term plan, and the foundations have been put into place for us to achieve that. We're at the start of it now and hence why we struggled at the start of the year. Time will tell but we have some superb young players here who I'm loving watching on a regular basis.

He's also not much of a physical presence either. Would get bullied off the ball a lot in the lower leagues. He's got talent but needs to bulk up.

I guarentee if we stay up we'll finish above WHU next year. Because they'll be back at square one, especially if they don't end up signing Carroll. They'll be back to having Cole as their no1 striker until they buy someone else, an aging midfield, a poor defence and an old keeper. I fully agree with adrian. Ok if you look at it at the end of the season and WHU finish above us, you could probably say they were better than us over the season...or as I would argue - more efficient. We're building gradually and if we can keep this side together we will be comfortable next season. With our players having another year experience, the only one who will really be on the decline is Rickie and maybe Fonte, who may not even be in the side by then.

Don't sit in 33 then. Don't understand why anyone would want to tbh. No atmosphere and not that great seats, and cost more. mental.

We wouldn't get near selling out a 48k stadium. Maybe once or twice a season we might get 45k but not to make it worthwhile expanding. We can't sell out at the moment which is bad enough, let alone in a bigger stadium.

Doesn't sound like there is much in it tbh. Bit of handbags, 6 of one, half a dozen of the other....I highly doubt a bird, with a kid got punched in the face. We do have a few scrotes who follow Southampton, but not that bad.

http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/steve-de-ridder-shocked-by-bolton-1293832? Sounds like he's wanted to go for a while. Unsurprising seeing as though he's barely played since joining us.

Think he went on a long holiday as Huddersfield were apparently trying to get hold of him but he wasn't answering his phone.

I don't know, it's pretty dull when a team only has one way of playing. Get it wide and boot it in the box, or boot it from keeper to CF. I think we have it about right as we can mix it when we want to.

I don't think there is any doubt that we have changed the way we play - we're giving the other side no time on the ball whatsoever, but that can mean that good passers of the ball will find a way through if one person isn't doing their job. Not noticed much difference with the CM's tbh, they both play deep, and then both contribute forward as well. I'd say Morgan just sat in front of the back four keeping the ball ticking over under Adkins whereas he's got a bit more feeedom under MP. Be interesting when we play against a side with real ariel threat up front as I can see the defence quite happy to just boot it then the pressing becomes pointless as it will just leave a big gap between defence and midfield.....we'll se.. -

Lallana? Mcgoldrick did it but then he came back and played as our no 1 striker and then left cos he was ****. Surman? -
Harsh on Davis who has been impressive last few games.
-
What about Atkins or Alkins? Aren't they in the frame ? To be far I quite like Forest so would love him to go there and do a great job. Also there is a few ex saints in there too so would be interesting to see how he'd get on. Massive club who should be in the prem really, would be good to have them back. Owners are clowns though.

Always good to hear, I must have just been in the wrong part of our end! -
Sissoko is absolute class though. He was always very very highly rated in France - I thought one of the 'big boys' would come in for him but he never got that move and then has ended up as part of the french revolution at the Toon. He'd be a great fit for Arsenal or Man Utd IMO.

Stoke and West Ham have shown that you can compete playing ugly football with physical 'monsters'. Not so long ago the Championship was dominated by big bruisers but it's not been like that for a few years now. Hopefully Stoke and West Ham can change the way they play, although can't see it happening under their current management.
