Thing is he works very hard and closes down very well, just he doesn't put in rash challenges. You're probably right in that if he picked up a few yellow cards for horror sliding tackles, he'd probably be liked a bit more. But because he channels and shadows the player, peoplem call him lazy, ludicris.

I jsut don't understand the hate for Guly. He's nowhere near as bad as some of our fans make out. He rarely lets us down, and played a key part in our promotions. His Bristol Rovers (h) performance stands out hugely to me. Like Chris says, you don't have to like him, but atleast appreciate the part he has played and the part he is currently playing.

Biglia was linked with Us, Norwich and West Ham in the summer, think he is 'getable' if we want him and have the money.

Theyre a side with a decent amount of quality who are underperforming. Johnson, Sessegnon, Fletcher, Mclean, Gardner are all handy players. Will cause us problems, I'm very surprised how badly they've done. Just hope we can edge it out.

Puncheon has played over there quite a few times, but not sure I'd want us to change him as well as he's been impressing last few weeks.

We don't play with proper 'wingers' so no, I'd rather have any of them. I'd also probably include Davis and JWP before Reeves.

Reeves ?! No thanks. Would play J-Rod, Guly or Mayuka over Reeves.

The first few months were very tough. New players settling, getting used to how we play, tough fixture list, and Corky out. Now we've got a bit of continuity, players back from injury, a few easier games, and Nigel has learnt from his early mistakes. He's only human, he's going to make mistakes, but he's definitely the one for us. Who else could come in and get the players trying so hard and overperforming like he has done the last few years.

I still stand by the fact that if we are going to bring in anyone, they've got to be better than what we have. Whats the point in bringing in a player just to sit on the bench as back up. If we want to improve as a team, the way transfers work if you bring in a player better than what you have, and then that player bucks his ideas up or is our first backup.

Still think West Ham are reachable, we're only 7 points behind them with and with Diame and Carroll both out injured, they are considerably weaker. Hope WBA beat them. and also a draw between Fulham and Newcaslte.

Going to be a long wait this next 2 weeks. Think this game will be far tougher prospect than Reading as they have got a few players with quality, it's more whether they will perform on the day. If they beat Reading then I can see them getting something against us. Just hope we can put in a professional job, and get the win - would be huge for us.

It was £6m, and pretty sure it was on appearances, paid over a lengthy time, I'd be surprised if we paid more than £3m up front.
