How do you know about our financial situation ?! WHU's owners have publically come out and said they were/are £100m in debt... -

Porn money isn't it. Anyway there are a lot of clubs I'd rather he went to than West Ham, they are such a w4nk club. -
What you looking forward to watching this Xmas

Havent had a chance to really look yet, and not really heard of anything...but who are doing 'Christmas Specials' this year? I know of: Royle Family 8 out of 10 cats Top Gear? League of their Own? -
Sure I saw something somewhere that Germany are actually leading the way with points won at european level or something with Spain 2nd and England 3rd.

I actually think Kagawa is a very decent player. Was superb at the start of the season and was their main threat along with RVP. Schneiderlin completely dominated him vs us though. He does a good job, but never going to start over Rooney lets be frank.
-
Better than Pastore, Nasri, Kagawa and Snejider ?! Hmm...

Think you can sign a pro contract when youre 17 but only for 3 years. Proper contracts can be signed from 18 as far as i know.

Not going to bring in anyone better than him for the 2m, I would rather keep him and let him go for free in the summer as he's been decent this year. -
Anyone got any advice as to where to park or where to stop and get the bus into london from? Was intending on driving and then parking by a tube stop and getting the tube to the ground, but with the strike, I'm a bit stuck. Tempted to use 'www.parkatmyhouse.com'

Not a lot to say on the matter really. If the club have said he'll be offered a contract on his 18th birthday then we have a lot of indecision until then. Wouldn't be surprised if a few of the bigger boys bid for him in January, but if this is the clubs way of doing things then we've just got to hope that he is going to sign. They must be hugely confident that he's going to sign, or surely they would have got him tied down.

Yer, Norwich came 3rd in my 3rd season and still had Holt up front. Then the following year they were relegated!

Pilchards also mentioned that 'Lallana is back' on the build up thread. Not getting my hopes up though as I can't see it.

To be fair, it's pretty rare that anyone will play well in a bad team performance. -

You say that but I'd say that Punch is actually very good at bringing the ball down. He is very strong and doesn't really get pushed off the ball. Quite a few times I've seen him get in front of his man and hold him off bringing the ball under control. -
Who we've been linked with for January thread...

Missed that, feel free to contribute any links found -
I get the impression you're just being a d!ck for the sake of it...

Chaplow is the main one...!!!

Although the customer service is pretty poor, so pretty much paying for nothing.
-
Maybe as it raises money for the club, but as I said that doesn't change my mind that these ticket taxes are a joke. However It's not going to put me off buying Saints tickets unless I'm already being completely ripped off...ala Man City.
-
Haven't been to too many, or I've been to the 'bars' rather than the pubs as only really been there on nights out. Ship and mitre had a good vibe, decent bar maids (one of which I got her number) , good beers if you like either ales or foreign lagers. Went back there after the game for a few more as was working my way through the bar before the game ! Although saying that I did end up out in Birkenhead which isn't one of the best decisions I';ve ever made !
-
I would genuinely just prefer to pay the price in the ticket, atleast then I don't know how much I'm being ripped off by. You could easily rack up £50 of 'admin costs' in a season if you're not a season ticket holder. I couldn't understand why, when I bought my ST at the start of the season, they had the cheek to add on an 'admin fee' despite handing over the best part of 600 quid !!
-
That doesn't make it acceptable though. I could understand if credit cards were charged...but to be charged on a debit card, when they don't even post out the tickets is a bit of a farce to be honest.

Whatever happened to that Shalalalala who scored for them in the opening game of the WC? (yes i know thats not his actual name..) In regards to QPR, hasn't 'Arry asked Taarabt and Diakite to sack off the ACON for their relegation fight?
