Gaston is clearly class, but he was never going to just be able to come here and take the league by storm....not many foreigners are able to do that, especially ones who are 21! I think we just have to appreciate how good he is. Yes he's going to give the ball away a bit because he tries to play those passes which are likely to get cut out. What would you rather, he passed it backwards and got a 100% completion rate, or an 85% completion rate and actually tries to play cutting through balls. I know what I'd rather.

The Southampton Transfer Committee...
Saint Garrett replied to Dibden Purlieu Saint's topic in The Saints
Alan Nixon on twitter said at the time that Mayuka was 100% a Cortese signing, as he know him. He also stated that it was direct deal between him and the club to the point that we avoided all agents fees. -
Is that the 'No respect my lord'? ha

I think all the last day prem games are 4pm on Sunday aren't they ?! So then Sky can leave it until the last minute to decide what games they want to show.

Can't imagine Gaston is much of a golfer !

Someone mentioned on here yesterday that he should be back in time.

Reading and Sunderland are pivotal to our season
Saint Garrett replied to corsacar saint's topic in The Saints
I said that Nigel should get the full backing until the Sunderland game, but eyebrows will have to be raised if we're not out of the bottom 3 after that one. I'm one of his biggest fans, but after our tough games we really weren't in that bad position, but we're going to have had all of these home games, we desparately need to win these two. After the Sunderland game we would have played 7 of the bottom 8 at home and would have played 10 home games and 7 away. -
Love Christmas it's my favourite time of the year. However going to have to be low key as lost my job last week! Not ideal at all

Yer, not sure why? They were all quite happy turning up last season and sitting in silence for the majority when they were winning. Surprising as I always thought Reading fans were some of the most dedicated, loyal and noisy fans around... (Some of the above may not be 100% factual)

We've got the ball there !!!

Good effort but seeing as though our fans are still struggling with 2 slow versions of OWTS and still struggling with RLSGM, and just singing lalalalallaalaaa, I can't see this catching on tbh.
-
Agreed but the easiest fixtures on paper that we have to play are Sunderland, QPR, and Reading at home, To stand a chance of staying up we need to be winning these games. Thats a fact.

Fulham (a) Arsenal (H) Villa (a) Everton (H) Man Utd (a) Wigan (a) Man City (H) Newcastle (a) Really cannot see us getting too many points out of that lot tbh...
