Morgan is more of a 'Carrick' than a 'Lampard'.....and Cork reminded me of Scott Parker yesterday. Just getting stuck in and playing the easy ball....superb to watch.

Guly wasn't 'awful' but he was far from as good as he has been. Right place right time for the 2 goals, so happy for him, but he is one of the most frustrating players ive ever watched play. If he hadn't scored today people would be wanting him dropped. Defence was very comfortable. 2 great crossed for the 2 goals. Morgan MOTM, although Cork was also outstanding. Lallana not quite there at the moment, flashes of brilliance without the end product but couldn't drop him. Lambert didnt do a lot, but his link up play was very good. Also his presence drew defenders away from Guly and I think this is what happened for the 2 goals. Good to see SDR starting and doing well...had a few dodgy crosses but his tackling was superb. Onwards and Upwards

Kris Boyd is dreadful. Saw him a few times for Forest last year, and also one of my best mates is a Boro fan. Both sets of fans couldnt wait for him to leave. Also was on huge wages. No thanks.

Was hugely impressed by what I've seen of Rodriguez (albeit not an awful lot). Had never heard of him before we were linked with him in the summer, but have kept an eye out for him so far this season. Think he's looked like the sort of player who would compliment Rickie perfectly.

Fox should have stayed on unless he was unable to continue. And in regard to Fox playing LM, Adkins clearly likes playing the midfield narrow as this lets the full backs bomb on and give us width. I cant see Adkins ever playing with full on wingers.

Won't Davis be 37 next season, and he hasn't been particularly 'unbeatable' the last few seasons, despite being decent. I would love him to stick around as he's a top professional, but wouldnt be surprised if we brought in a young upcoming keeper for him to mentor. Smithies? Lewis? Loach? Or maybe an experienced decent keeper from the NPC? Lee Camp, Joe Murphy?

Although I agree with the sentiment, I'd be surprised if he's still our number 1 next year if we get promoted. Top achievement though and got to appreciate how he stayed with us through the 'hard times'.
