  1. Mrs b, are you 'disciplining' me again? I am at work you know, and I'd hate for the cleaner to walk in on us so please stop your flirting. Later maybe..
  2. I just heard on the news that the temperature is going to drop below freezing again tonight, they have advised people to check on their elderly relatives and friends. You alright Mrs btf?
  3. As my dear old Grandad (the English speaking one) used to say: "I refuse to have a battle of wits with someone who is unarmed"
  4. In Chandler's Ford. Right NOW! Immense.
  5. I forwarded that taxi driver/ pompey goalie joke to him on Saturday, all harmless fun. This morning he sent a message back saying he'd given my details to the police! Hope he get's his sense of humour back before Saturday.

    Hitler

Sounds about right. Was the story about the American 'space pen' a true one or just a FOAF tye story?
  7. I like this bit by PS ""If the Revenue wind this club up, they will get nothing and that cannot be the right answer." Yeah right Peter, whereas if PCFC continues to trade the Taxman will simply incur a bigger UNPAID debt.
  8. If they do cease to exist by Saturday, the game could still go ahead. We'd just have to play it as a friendly.
  9. Had my daughter's wedding reception there a couple of years ago, was not good but it was under a different regime. I suspect that if we'd had those same 'issues' now though, she'd have been given a free ST for life, or at least as long as the marriage lasts. One piece of advice I would give you though is to arrange it when Herbie is working. Herbie = Legend.
  10. Do you know why John W smells so bad? It's so that blind people can hate him too.
  11. What if he comes in disguise though?
  12. Put me down
  13. Has he got a manifesto?
  14. En-route to The Cricks we decided to go to the Talking heads instead, due to it being nearer home and the fact that mrs h cannot hold her wine. Great night, four good acts culminating in a 8/9 piece sax band, they were brilliant and totally not we expected to see down there. Best of all and great news for you real ale fans out there, they have a couple of barrels of 'Flower Pots' at the mo. A pint of 'Pots' is one of the holy grails of the beer world, it is a true king of beers, a true king. Gravity poured straight from the cask at the back of the bar as nature intended too, no pipes and pumps involved. They've also got a cask of 'Gooden' which is a slightly sweeter and another lovely ale that I shall be visiting again, it is definitely one that I would recommend to someone wishing to dip their proverbial toes into the world of beard-wearing real ale. It's also a nice one for the ladies.
  15. I have a pair of tickets available for the Saints v Pompey match. They are for a wheelchair user + their 'enabler'. The tickets are for the Chapel Stand Block 17, in the mid-level wheelchair section Seats 43 and 44. Cost price is £23 for both. They can be collected from either my home address in Bassett or my workplace in Chandlers Ford. I have offered them elsewhere too, so must let them go on a first come first served basis. Mods, I am happy for you to give my mobile number (Baj has it) to anyone who REQUIRES* it as I won't be on here whilst at work. Many thanks hamster * legal action may follow if it gets into the wrong hands. ;-) You have been warned.
  16. /\ I'll make bunny stew if I get my hands on him.
  17. Steve Moran, Steve Moran Steve, Steve Moran When he hit's the ball He's sure to score Steve, Steve Moran That would make a lot of people very happy, please ing it Block 1, sing it for me and sing it loud as I will be right down the other end. For the youngsters and those from the LeTis era, that is the original words.

    Question ?

It must be me mrs btf, but reading that just made me want to give you a great big squeeze. btw, I shall in time be responding to your NB questiuon from the 'holiday' thread.
  19. /\ Yes. I think that all of us SWF members with Polish lineage should hire a bus and go. I don't mind driving the first bit.
  20. /\ The chances of that happening:
  21. For many reasons I would love to visit Poland, not least because my Grandad came from Krakow. Lot's to see around Krakow too. I was thinking of going there for my 50th, but if JT's army can do the business I may bring it forward. For the first time in a long time I am now interested in how Engerlad do.

    I Hate N-Dubz

Tenuous link I know, but Hitler had a dog named 'Blondie'. Blondie are better than NDubz, but the girl in NDubz has blonde hair, which Hitler's dog dod not have. Make of that what you will, but it makes you think doesn't it, eh?
  23. supermikey, I have saved you the trouble: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/72597 Now apologise. I may talk ******** a lot of the time, but when I am talking ABOUT ********, I do not kid around. In fact I am off to check mine in afew minutes as I will be showering before a night on the ****.
  24. Why? Apart from the placebo bit, that was a factual post. I'm sure if you google the two terms you will find the research document.
  25. I can see us all qualifying form the groups, where's the finals being held?
