I am currently in pain. My right ankle is very very sore. The kickabout tonight was actually a very fast game, I was seriously surprised that I came through it at all. During the game I had really bad pains in both my lower calfs. When i got to my car, my left leg hurt so much that I had to walk/hobble around the car park for 5 minutes before I could drive home, it really did hurt that much. I know that I am very unfit.. My question to you is: What caused the pain and what sort of training should I undertake to be fit(ter) for the SMS match?

Absolutely agree. Watching the post match interviews also makes me wonder how they are going to be able to raise their game for the Germany clash. If I were a gambling man, I would put a masive wedge on them to get royally humiliated. Although the odds are not brilliant, it has simply got to be one of the surest bets in football recently.

All in all considering the current climate and financial situations within the south coast clubs, I would consider it a good season all round if none of the south coast clubs were relegated form their respected leagues. There could even be the odd promotion here and there, which would be a plus. There are potentially so many south coast derbies, wouldn't it be brilliant if there were five or six of us in the same league?

I know that I am bit thick, but could somenone (seriously) explain why it matters? If I can understand why it matters, it would help me to remember what to use. I really do want to know as when I write letters for work purposes I would like to know the rules, if there are any. Another problem area for me is with e-mail. I have to write quite a lot (again for work) and I never know if I should write them in a similar style to a proper letter. I really do pain over this sort of thing.
