  1. I know the Loganberries well, I am GodMother to their eldest Johnny, who grew up to be a fine singer.
  2. What would people consider would be the absolute worst case scenario come the start of season. If my club exists in any form, in any league, with any manager, with any players and playing on any football pitch anywhere, I will know that it could have been worse. So I will enjoy another 90 minutes of the single most important thing in my life after my family, The Saints. I am starting to feel better and for the first time in a few years I have started to think that future generations of Saints fans, will hear stories of the day that Saints ALMOST dissappeared forever. We are priviliged as Saints fans today in that we are living through THE singlemost important days of this club's history since it was born in 1885 as Southampton Saint Mary's. We my friends have been called to arms, get behind the cause. Come On You Saints
  3. I will also buy an extra (virtual) ticket this weekend for Mondays game. Over the years Saints have brought me and my family so much more joy than misery, long may it continue.
  4. You obviously haven't witnessed Baj playing football then. Reckless, is just one of the adjectives I could use to describe it.
  5. They're all the same height laid down Deppo. Good luck mate.
  6. Mow it.
  7. He'll get bail no problem. Actually, I will put up the money as I feel somewhat responsible for him fessing up to the filth. Actually I won't, cos I just sread his playground comment regarding how many I scored, it ain't all about scoring goals, is it. Percentage wise what would people say baj's shot to goals rate is?
  8. Brunette one yeah?
  9. It would tie in nicely with the old SMS concert thread suggestion from last month, maybe now with the coldplay, craig david and lucy pinder suggestions it would be an absolutely fantastic way for the fans to raise a portion of the ownership. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=9640&highlight=concert&page=2 /\ Post 68
  10. Spades, you know full well that if Baj had aimed for the car, it would have had more chance of finding he back of the net.
  11. The car was parked Wilts, it was an accidental mis-hit, the kind that happens every week when Baj is playing allegedly. Anyway, Baj has fessed up unnecessarily in my opinion. No-one would seriously have given your details mate. Sorry to have raised it, I feel like I owe you an apology somehow, can't you change your story and we'll all coroborate it (sp)?
  12. You mean the tall one with one arm?
  13. Grass! It wasn't me baj and I have witnesses to back me up. I don't know their names, not even their forum names, apart from about 2 or 3 maybe though.
  14. I don't think it was him. I didn't see anything anyway, and they won't be back unlless someone told them that we are there every week.
  15. steve, the money left my account on Friday, any probs let me know please.
  16. Please can this thread be renamed? Or start another re attendances, it's geting a wee bit boring lads.
  17. I suppose the bloke must be insured but who would really want to lose their NCD when they can get the person responsobe to pay. Maybe they could claim negligence or recklessnes, I ain't a lawyer but if the police want witnesses they must have some sort of precedent. In all honesty, I lived in a road opposite a football pitch, I would expect the odd wayward ball coming over the fence. Stupid place to park imo.
  18. Can I choose Tom Sharpe's 'Wilt' books?
  19. I will, thanks for reminding me. Still hurts though.
  20. Upbury Manor - 1980 Rainham End - to present Was in the rainham End satutday. Still brilliant and I nearly wept when they sang Molly Mallone.
  21. The two protests I believe contributed to our best team performances this season. You can't really argue with the facts imvho.
  22. Police spoke to me in the car park afterwards. Wanted to know if I saw anyone kick a football over the fence by Passfield Avenue. Some bloke was looking pretty angry to me, apparently has a great big dent in the roof of his car. I told them I hadn't seen a thing. I think they believed me, took my name, address and gave me their number just in case I remember anything. Anyone else get questioned?
  23. How would you describe her, what do her friends call her?
  24. Intrigingly indeed Reads to me as though he was just repaying a favour to Mr Lowe Snr to me. You know 'freeing up a bit ofcash' to pay for the bentley sort of favour.
