Said the same a couple of weeks ago - I imagine passing him will rest on one point- Paying the football creditors. I can see the FL forcing him to deposit that money into an escrow account or signing over the pp money now. It all depends on how nasty Chinny wants to play. But if Chinny turns up waving a bit of paper that says he passed, that would change things somewhat.

Any bookmakers amoungst us; What are the odds on; Judge to allow sale below PDT 2.7 million valuation Judge to allow sale above valuation (Different odds for different amounts?) Judge to allow sale at valuation Judge to allow sale based on future profit share

I think it was Swansea who went from the 4th Divison upto the top and then back down again (I Think) in Successive seasons

Pompey_Fans_CF Posted on 11/12/2012 22:28 Request to the Trust - please can we have transparency? Report Message | Email Message To A Friend | Reply To Message

Your point is a valid one. The Trust is acting on the advice of our lawyers and also PKF that at the current time it would not be advisable to release any more than we have done into the public domain. It is not our (or my as 'trust spokesman') to keep anything out of the public domain any longer than is necessary. We hope to put more information into the public domain soon, but we are playing our cards close to our chest until at least the court case outcome. I can't promise more information will be there by Monday, but I can assure you that everyone involved in working on this project is doing so in good faith. We have been pleased with the share conversion rate so far and even more so by the 'rejection rate' (ie those who have asked for their £100 back) which the last time I heard was between 1 and 2 per cent (ie around 20 fans). In the event of a successful court outcome, we are anticipating a spike in conversions next week. The one thing we don't want is for people not to convert because they think there is no longer the urgency to do so. I know of several people who could comfortably afford £1000 but are finding all sorts of, largely apathetic, reasons not to do get involved. At the moment we simply need everyone who has pledged to convert and not so worry about how many have or haven't. If they all do so, the community will have done its bit and then some...

Are those the ones he sees socially every couple of weeks :)

Nabil Hassan @NabilHassan79 Had it confirmed Balram Chainrai has no plans to attend Thursday's#pompey Court case. Expect some mud throwing & a curve ball from Portpin.
-
Mark Littlewood @MarkJLittlewood There are no legal reasons at all for the #Pompey Trust failing to give regular updates on converted pledges. There may be other reasons.. Does Mark Littlewood follow this thread...

They are a little upset, that Chanrai is quoted on South Today (Did anyone see it?) as he will appeal if he doesn't get what he wants. Part of the problem is that they all thought there was no right of appeal, so it simply drags things out a little longer and racks up the admin and legal fees. http://fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=469412 If he did actually say that, it doesn't sound like a man that is ready to throw in the towel on Wednesday night and roll over to have his belly scratched.

Jordan Cross @pn_jordan_cross Whittingham on the #Pompey wait for a transfer budget ahead of High Court D-Day and reaction to today's FL statement in The News tomorrow. You couldn't make it up
-
PST Spokesperson @pompeytrust To those asking about the state of the pledges - we can't issue figures for legal reasons, however we're doing well. Feet firmly on gas. Lol what legal reasons are those then
-
Slow down fella, IF the judge lowers the price to 2.7 million and IF the pdt get 75% conversion, then 15 million goes onto the unsecured debt and Chanrai could potentially force a new CVA vote, with potentially a big enough percentage to block it. If he gets stiffed for 15 million, I wonder which way he would vote
-
I would say that something has forced their hand, but the pressure is really on the pdt. They have been collecting the 900 quids for nearly two weeks now. The ones that were always going to pay up, will have done so. It's just the Waynes and Waynetta's left, that they need to convince to part with a grand two weeks before Christmas. The funny thing is that they can't be approved until they have the dosh and they can't take over until the are approved. This will go on way past January (if PKF stick with the trust bid) which means one thing......................... Birch needs bigger pockets as the most expensive administration in football history, gets even more expensive.
-
Yes indeed..... It is listed at 75% (Just after the it their document that talks about revenue from cup games and taht average attendances fo 11,500)
-
Ahhhh nice to have it confirmed about the minus 10

Great key board warrior stuff, but most of the posters on here can be found on the match day thread. Quite frankly people inside the ground have a much more valid opinon than those that don't go . Didn't boo guly , don't rate guly, but if paying fans want to make a point- thats fair enough by me.

You say it with such conviction, the ball was well over the line. Pucheon was lucky the ball was out before he took their man out
-
Maya Yoshida left St Mary's on crutches, as did Adam Lallana whose knee is in a brace while N Adkins confirmed Gazzaniga faces a spell out.
-
I think you have missed Macks point...... Even things out would mean losing one of the royal family

Just awful

Ha ha - redknapps signing Tel Ben Haim for qpr

I am more intrested in these comments, because if he really believes this, then we are in the ****. Southampton FC @officialsaints Nigel Adkins: "Playing three games in a week underlined how fit the players are. There wasn't any drop-off." #saintsfc
