  1. When I realised who it was, I very nearly did say something, but was worried he might go all Andronikou on me and offer me his autograph.

I am afraid he hasn't impressed me since day one. He was better at qpr, but then they were truly shocking. It is not the case of having a "new" whipping boy, I just genuinely see him as the weak link. A proper 50p head.
  11. The local news has just stated that according to some credit organisation, 2 out of every 5 homes in Southampton, will fund Christmas through loans or credit cards. Assumming that the demographics are roughly the same for pompey (Yes I know that is incredibly kind) That extra 900 pounds is a big ask for 40% of pledgers. From 2,000 pledeges, My prediction is a 55% conversion rate. Then factor in the amount of cup games they predicted, the shortfall on their attendence forecasts, a likely relegation, continued rising costs of administration fees, the cost of the court case and possibility they will have to pay more than 2.7 million and the need to complete before January to get the high earners shipped out...........I am begining to hope that Chanrai just leaves them to it. What was the creditors joke at the last CVA meeting - "See you all again in two years" Many a true word spoken in gest.
  12. holt against Yoashida :scared:

  14. I made that comment yesterday, a friend mentioned how much better Shaw is to Fox and I pointed out that Lallana has given Shaw much more protection than he ever gave Fox.
  15. Regardless of the fact that he only plays for Saints, there is no way England can ignore Corks performances (Assumming he keeps them up) for very long.
  16. Enjoy Anfield Jack, I have a feeling that Mr Adkins will be looking forward to it more than any other match in his career. Seen us win there twice......I am on my hatrick and I have a ticket ;)
  17. Even missed this..............
  18. Strange comments from Adkins and the opposite of his usual style of praise, recognition and humbleness.
  19. We had our first ever win at St Mary's. Beat Charlton 1 - 0 Pahars scored How time flys
  20. Good post Zalvik
  21. No it doesn't work like that, it is much more simple; You make something up, say it five times over, get one other person to say the same and then it becomes a fact.
  22. **** me , that takes me back
  23. Intresting as I'm sure many on here blamed Pardew for Rickies poor start to Pardews second season.... The game after Pardew was sacked and the Northam & Itchen were singing "There's only one Alan Pardew" Lambert turned round and clapped the Northam for singing it.
