  1. It's the only bit that suggests these accounts are legit as only those fruitcakes would consider, (What would only equate to just over a million in net money), that to be enough to raise in their current circumstances. However, You can imagine that when Grant accepted the job, it was based on a certain amount of funds being available for him to bring in his own players. Grant will walk fairly shortly, IMHO
  2. I have to admit to not being a fan, until his last sub appearance at home in which he was excellent.
  3. Don't normally get precious about which forum its on, but a couple of **** posts for something in the lounge on an emotional subject. Not defending the Mum, but that would have been the hardest thing she ever did and as she said, she did it out of love
  4. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hampshire/8468736.stm I'll pay him the decency of "innocent until proven guilty" But if he is proven guilty, I hope he has arse split in two and gets regular beatings every day on the hour, every hour
  5. Can they impose this in Russia ??? Portsmouth's directors could also be disqualified from running any further companies for between two to 15 years, while there would be an investigation into whether the club had engaged in financial irregularities, including wrongful trading, deliberately withholding payments to the crown and made transactions at under value.
  6. In light of their naming "Agent" Redknapp, I have affectionately nicknamed the fake sheik, "Dr Saints"
  7. Cheers Muckers, Top story.
  8. LOL, no rallyboy thats about our lot for this week. But stay tuned for next weeks installment (S)
  9. Met him today ..... watching his son play football. Glued to he phoned for 90 mins.....didnt see his lad kick the ball once
  10. I'd prefer Robbie Savage
  11. I can't be bothered to give a player by player account and those that didn't go will have worked out this wasn't our greatest performance, but it the same breath it wasn't our worst. Harding, Fonte, Holmes and Davies were the standout players for Saints and Holmes will have now given Pardew a headache for his next selection. For me the play offs are now gone, but stranger things have happened, so whilst it is still mathematically possible, it remains the goal. Pardew has to take this one on the chin, as I think he got the team wrong and the subs to late and would have still felt that even if we had held on for the win. My biggest worry is we have stopped playing football and not surprisingly our form has dropped. Nothing we can't repair, but it needs addressing.
  12. But for some reason it makes it all the more worse. This is freaking Southampton not Cape Town. Stuff like this really really ****es me off and then when you look at the age of the victim. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hampshire/8461324.stm
  13. It just gets funnier and funnier .....We dispute the amount we owe the vat man..........errrr no you dispute the VAT system. I am starting to believe this really could be the end for them
  14. Couldn't comment on prostitutes but food, drink and cigarettes are very cheap compared to here..
  15. So the ground has been put up as security for a 16 million loan. This round of Sky funding has be re-allocated with a shortfall of 3 million The next round of sky money has been borrowed against Sacha is owed 28 million January had a short term loan for the wages of minimum 2 million And the club is losing over 1 million pounds a month Sol is sueing for a million Lens want to close them down The Tax man has a winding up petition against them Januarys wages due in two weeks ............................. BUT The long term future is secure (According to Jacobs) So a couple of questions 1) Who the fook is going to lend them any money as they have nothing to secure it against 2) Who the fook would lend them any money even if they did 3) Would they even make it out of administration, if it happened
  16. We had a 3 million overdraft when we went into admin which had been reduced from 4 or 4.5 The loan on the stadium was originally 29 million and down to around 23 when we went into Admin. The money from the Dell is nether here nor there, as nobody knows whether it was used as a deposit for the new stadium although the maths suggests not.
  17. Brasil - And surprisingly reasonable to get out there and very cheap when you are
  18. Another skate myth. No fake noise was created it was one end of the ground being sent to the other. Still a fookin stupid idea i grant you, but that's what you get from stupid new owners...... , I think i know which new owner fook up is the worst .
  19. Still carries the death penalty I believe.
  20. Indeed, but it's what he paid for it that makes it even more bemusing. When Gerrard and Torres hand in their transfer requests, there will be another 10 years of rebuilding
  21. I firmly believe that the mess is so big and ramifications so large (For the FA and PL as well) that they daren't attempt to get to the bottom of it.
  22. Hmmmm they got the company right.....we shall see
  23. The delays are almost certainly on pompeys side, having pledged money is coming in etc etc. The PL are in a tough position, they don't want bad press surrounding the league and situation, so will be in no rush to publish any bad news, but still have to maintain their credibility (Shot to bits already in most peoples eyes). If pompey are holding out to prove they have funds coming in, then again there has been a delay and jacobs can join the list of public bull ****eers from the club. Make no mistake the best thing for the PL is for pompey to get relegated, it's just how much strain they can get away with putting on the club. Whilst there are real connections with the PL and introductions to pompeys owners - or supposed owners, the whole gaydamak sarga etc.(Father) then the PL will be treading on egg shells. They want rid of the key - they don't want to open pandoras box
  24. I could be wrong and these players might walk straight into the team, but it looks to me as if we are putting together a SQUAD to challenge for the playoffs as opposed to strengthening the first team (I'm sure we will do that as well). I never believed we would challenge this season and am still very skeptical, but it looks like NC thinks it's a possibility and is backing his man. Happy Days
  25. I wouldnt get to carried away, nothing official from the PL yet. Just hoping they stick by their guns, but this is pompey and they have a knack of greasing the right palms
