Tisdale is starting to make a name for himself and there will be plenty of clubs (Many in higher leagues than ourselves) that will be keeping an eye on him. That doesn't come with any guarantee that he can replicate that success in the higher leagues, but neither does it mean he can't. Any of the big or bigger names that people think we could attract, will all come with varying degrees of failure. Given where we are i think that attracting one of the most up and coming managers in all leagues, would be worth a shout.
