NDA's are normally fairly "Washy" in the grand scheme of things. I would imagine that off limits, will be names of backers etc. but unless there was specific reference to whether or not any physical cash was paid for the exclusivity, then i would imagine he could outline the details around that. Judging by Fry's quote (If true) above it could be a bit uncomfortable for Mr Lynam over the next couple of days.

My personal view is there is no need for a fan on the board, that seems to be echoed by most (certainly on here). As for the trust, i'm not sure whether the new ownership structure makes the trust null and void or not. You will however get loads of people slating the trust and people who give up thier own time etc, trying to do something right for the club / fans and it seems like a thankless task. Whatever happens to the trust, i do believe (Even as a league 1 side) that we are much bigger than any of our independent bodies of fans suggests and with many of the dividing characters now gone, it is the time for the fans to unite behind a single entity or association of Saints fans. If that is the Trust or Sisa or whatever; rebrand and re group ad now is the perfect time.

Actually it did look strange and only a conversation with Simon has stopped me making a very stupid post.

I was massively against administration, but ultimately they have been proved right in relation to thier agenda. Regardless of whether we agree with that agenda or not is irrlevant; They both claimed admin was inevitable They both claimed it should have been taken earlier to avoid minus points this season. They both claimed relegation was inevitable They both claimed it was the only way to get rid of lowe and wilde They both claimed we would be bought and able to move forward without the burden of debt. And whilst i disagree with some of their posts and whilst it was a polar view to my own, trying to suggest they were wrong in relation to what they were trying to achieve, is bizarre. They were right and with a fair wind tomorrow have bragging rights on "A full house"...................... even if i have to whince a little as type.

In December Barclays wanted the overdraft reduced by a million (I think) which with the transfer window about to open, meant we would need to sell a player or two.
