Thanks for that, I obviously missed it and it does clarify most of my issues ! Sadly after more than 35 years as an ST holder I've decided to pack it in and get a membership in order to pick and choose when I go or don't go (also where I sit or don't sit)! I totally accept that change suits some but not others so good luck to those you manage to get a satisfactory move 😇

I’ve still not had an answer about whether there will be a net between blocks 28 (away fans) and block 29 (older home fans) ! If there is then I will have to squeeze past 28 seats to get in, out and go for a piss at half time ! There will be no option because one end will be blocked off ! Also need to know in advance which roads to the south will still be available to us ! Sent an email but no response so far…

My other issue is not related to the move. I travel a lot and will have only managed 12 games out of the possible 23 this season so I’ve been paying around £50 per match which hardly represents good value but clearly that’s not down to SFC, just adds to my decision making for next season !!

Block 29 at the end of the row where a net is likely to be, meaning that I would have to go all the way along to block 28 to exit for a pee etc.. also directly next to the away support which I don’t want. Cup games we could be moved ! Access south towards the buses and on to the quay is likely to be denied so I will have to get a later ferry. The level of comfort which I currently have will cease to exist therefore I’ll pack it in if it changes !

Do I assume correctly that they will communicate all changes in advance of season ticket sales ? My decision to renew will be based on the final outcome and I’ll be very pissed off if I go ahead and they change during the season !!

That’s only if it’s an 8pm kickoff 🤦🏻

My guess is that he pushed to leave as he didn’t fancy another season in the Championship !! Knowing that he had a healthy value it put Saints in a quandary, keep an unhappy player or take good money for him…

FFS, I’ve had a season ticket throughout and every time I’m away I miss a load of matches, this one included 😞 I reckon that I will have seen about 10 out of 23 which is lousy value however you look at it ! Bollox, bollox, bollox 😿

Take away the month of August which threw up so many uncertainties due to transfer speculation etc.. and we would be up there with the other two ! It’s difficult to attribute those games directly to Martin as he was taking stock of the situation much of which was out of his hands.. The 24 game undefeated run was pretty impressive and he deserves credit for that ! I agree that we’ve had some very entertaining matches and it’s been a pleasure to go to St Mary’s this season 👊

Nobody mentioned “tactical genius” and my response was to the comment “the idiot’s needless substitutions” ! A player was brought on, scored two goals which won us the game therefore it worked well. Most substitutions are a “roll of the dice”, that’s the way it goes ! Had we lost or drawn the manager would have been lambasted but we won and he’s still criticised, he just can’t win with some folks !!

As it was on ITV lots of neutrals were watching and the feedback I had from my mates was that we played well for at least an hour but that the finishing was very poor ! Their deflected first goal on 44mins was a hammer blow.. All thought that 0-3 was harsh on us ! Tbh, an extra game and a trip to OT in the next round has been an avoided so now we concentrate on the league and move on….

I’ve been in Kingsland block 29 since day one with a group of people I’ve known since the Dell days. As I live on IoW I can escape at FT heading south through the industrial estate to the bus area. Everything was hunky dory but now it’s all going to change! Questions : Will there be a net between 28 & 29 ? Will access through the industrial estate remain ? Hopefully the club will be transparent on this before releasing season tickets as I might well pack it in if it goes against me….
