  8. I am intensely relaxed about the players leaving who do leave. They clearly aren't committed. We do pretty much everything in our power to create an excellent training, development, and playing environment here. That's why the ones that stay and those we attract are so often such a success both individually and collectively as the team. Last thing we should do is throw money at mercenaries.
