And also he was never out of position as some people have said. In this formation we DON'T play with wingers, we have a DM, an AM and two CM. Schneiderlin and Surman were the two CM, they were just further wide than anybody else in midfield.

Come on, the ball was travelling with a ton of pace, he was to the left of goal and he was at least 12 yards out. As I said, a good chance but not a sitter.

Gilletts control is absolutely shocking. He seems quite decent in closing down and in tackling, but a DM needs to be able to take a good first touch instead of it bouncing four yards away from him.

I completely agree. Skacel was one of the worst performers for me. OK, we have been playing direct football lately - but he was just kicking it upfield without aim.

Just leave Skacel at LB and put Joseph Mills in at AML, he is quality there. EDIT: just noticed you're using the updated game, not sure what he is like on that.
