At times we've outplayed them and we've got two goals against the best defence in the league. He's defensively it's been atrocious but it's an atrocious mish mash of players out of position today.

When you look at the differences between goals conceded you have to start saying it's not a coincidence.

I actually thought the halftime replays showed Foden kicking it and then a very sudden change in direction from the ball afterwards meaning McCarthy did make contact with it.

So slow to dive and glacial to get back up. It's like he's afraid of touching the ball, the way he dives.

Of course it was. Vestergaard would have stayed up and got his shot away if Laporte hadn't pulled him back. Technically it should have been a red too as there was no attempt to play the ball.
