  1. Is it on course to sell out then?
  2. It's not about gloating. It's about the experience. We've gone up in second. We've never won a playoff. And how many sides outside the top few can say they've seen their side lift two trophies at new wembley?
  3. Realistic. The Prem and more importantly the gap between it and the Championship has changed drastically since we last went up. We barely had the resources to compete last time, staying up only on the back of bringing in a ton of funds through sales. As soon as that dried up we circled the drain and dropped. The Premier League is a poisoned chalice, a monkeys paw. If the super league happens then i'd be all for going back up, as it is unless we're going up as champions or we get to enjoy a great day out winning at Wembley I don't really care about playing the top sides anymore.
  4. Nope, if we're going to go up let's win something or get an epic day out at Wembley for our troubles as more likely than not we'll be straight back down again next season so what would be the point.
  5. Exactly! I'd rather finish in the play-offs than in 2nd. Premier League is overrated, if we're going to get there then i'd rather win a trophy or have the epic day of the play-offs. Finishing 2nd yet again is a damp squib.
  6. For us as fans sure, that's why i'm not really that fussed about it. But as I said before, I bet he's annoyed with himself, and I bet the coaches don't work on a "credit in the bank" system. They'll be looking at what he could have done differently.
  7. Same as the Arsenal league cup game then. I think there's absolutely a bias towards the big clubs in the womens game from the FA since they're the big draws at the moment. Southampton vs Bristol City cup final isn't quite as marketable as United v City.
  8. Yeah I forgot they won the euro conference tbf.
  9. Moyes won't last much longer there I think. A club with huge resources that can never achieve anything.
  10. Ah well, gave it a good go.
  11. Bugger.
  12. Come on Arsenal, 10-0 and we'll never have to hear about the 9-0 ever again.
  13. Still can't get FA Player to work, what a load of pants.
  14. 1-1!! Go on girls!!
  15. Might be a blessing in disguise that I couldn't get it working, United 1 up 8 minutes in.
  16. Slight correction...only one of the goals yesterday was deflected.
  17. Saints kick off against United in the FA cup at 14:00, big big test for them today. Be amazing to see them get to the final. Can't get FA Player working again, unsurprisingly. One of the worst services out there, honestly.
  18. Not agreeing - he should have saved it! There was no deflection.
  19. Sorry, buzzkill.
  20. We can, but fuck em lets go for it anyway.
  21. Yep, it will take a relentless effort but who's to say we won't go unbeaten the rest of the season now?
  22. That record is massively skewed by those 4 defeats in september all against teams in the top half, who started well when we were still finding our feet.
  23. Yep, I really like him. Think we're 2 or 3 years away from seeing the best of him as well which in all honesty just makes me even more excited to see what he can do.
  24. If he was more clinical we might not have gone down last season. He's a good striker for this level, he'll miss some chances but he'll score a lot for us. Seems strange to want to drop our top goalscorer for a player who can create opportunities - opportunities for who? The less clinical players in the team?
  25. He clearly can finish though. He missed one chance yesterday making a poor decision, but he's among the top scorers in the league for a reason.
