As MLG has pointed out many times, the club had an event back around the ACTUAL anniversary. This may well have been a fantastic evening - as all reports show so far - but why now? Personally I think the club would have been more involved had the organisers of this event approached the club with the Mayflower venue and offered it at the time of the actual anniversary.

Oh for goodness sake, how many times must these points be addressed before people will get it? NI was NOT banned. The instalment plans were scrapped because people stopped paying after they got their tickets - that makes us as a fanbase seem less trustworthy, not Cortese. The local paper should be supporting the club but it slated it from day one - it's also completely amateur from day to day with even the basics being wrong (a picture of Channon with a caption of Fonte? That's just plain retarded). As for the Sun, we didn't fall out with them. We started charging for use of our photos (a decision we have since gone back on). Have you forgotten that the Sun started calling him Clotese? Does that not seem petty to you, or is it only our chairman capable of that? And all that before we even start on the Sun reporting utter bullcrap about us being up for sale with nothing at all to back it up. Yes, our fanbase does need to unite - but a few people seem to be backing the wrong side here. Cortese will lead us to great, great things.

We haven't got any major weaknesses right now like we did when Pardew started. For example, when we signed Fonte last season we instantly looked much, much better. We wouldn't have signed anyone this january who would have had the same level of impact.

You're PSN name is alexsfc123 or some such And if for the league we use the first two results we get against each other it could work, if we say that the "home" team gets to pick the team first and the opposition has to pick from the same league, and you stick with those teams for both games. Or something completely different...isn't there an actual online league section?
