  1. Mainly that '@jayrodfan2' or whatever he's called. He used to have a different account but started getting abuse for being so annoying. He would then apologise saying he'll stop, only to do it again. Think he's just an over keen kid with nothing else in his life though.
  2. More attention seeking. Classic troll behaviour. Stating their 'opinion' repetitively.
  3. I do often wonder how he has a job. He's so uninformed.
  4. I think we may have underestimated how important a good keeper is at this level. Someone like Niemi was worth 10 points a season.
  5. Can he sign within the next 5 minutes please? My lunch break is nearly over
  6. Why do people think this? I saw a saints fan on twitter say the same. How does is being linked with, and close to singing a brilliant young talent make us a laughing stock? Deals for players break down every day at every club. No one outside of said clubs fan base could give a toss. This one hasn't even broken down yet. Chill out
  7. Shame as he seems a really nice guy but not very good. Was at Reading for that goal. Great celebration!!
  8. No thanks. I'd rather what we already have
  9. Just heard on TalkSport from they're South American man that Bolonga dont want to pay the 30% (which we knew) and that we have also made a bid for a different Uruguay winger but the bid was rejected. Didn't catch the name. Sorry if this has been posted already. No time to look
  10. This works really well, no clapping to speed it up. This gets my vote!! Will try it if he plays against Utd
  11. Big game for Lambert. I hate it when we play it but long ball seems to be the key. We'll need a new CB by then. RVP Vs Fonte scares me a little.
  12. Really? I'm always critical of keepers. With Kelvin he got beat at his near post by Tevez. I dont think he could have done better by taking a step left. He should have come out a bit further to narrow the angle. He gave Tevez a lot to shoot at. The 2nd and 3rd goal he couldn't do any more with imo. The first goal from Wigan he had the right angles and it was blasted into the roof of the net. Easy to sit back after the goal and say he should have stood tall, but then he would have looks silly if it went past his foot. The second Wigan goal, again he gave the player a lot of the goal to shoot at. He stuck to his line for too long. He should have stayed put and then as the player got about 20 yards out, move forward. I don't blame Kelvin for these goals, just saying what extra he could have done. As for the goal last night, as I said I don't blame Gazza at all. I just think he was a franction too close to his near post. If he was slightly further to his right he still should have the near post covered, and would have got closer (if not saved) that shot. I think a lot of GKs are so concious of getting beat at their near post they stick a bit too close to it.
  13. Not saying it was his fault as it was a powerful strike, but he maybe could have done better for their goal. It's a bit harsh but seemed a bit too close to the near post and flat footed.
  14. This just randomly popped into my head for some reason. Doubt any other fans use this tune either so will appease those who hate us copying the mancs or scoucers May-u-kaaaaa la la la la la la la la la la Nice and simple for us Northamers
  15. Lallana for England?
  16. They aren't the only two people involved in signing a player. We have a 'department'
  17. Yes it is a shame. But we need to put ourselves first and that's what we've done. They'll get over it (they probably already have). And as you always say, no need for name calling.
  18. *Awaits Turkish coming in with a sarcastic "clap clap clap" and "do do do" reply* Not an easy one to make a song for
  19. Their scouting system has pulled out some absolute gems in recent seasons.
  20. I also genuinely think Rickie has a few seasons in him at a top level. It's not like he has pace to lose and could potentially still get better as he becomes more experienced.
  21. Great comments on that link of people switching from Man U, Arsenal and Chelsea to support Southampton. Won't last long once they see us lose but they're all desperate to get hold of a 'jersey'
  22. Jesus, forgot all about him. Very lucky indeed.
  23. Makes me laugh the abuse he's getting on twitter. "Should never play for Saints again" "Lock him up for life" "Ban him for 3 games". I do wonder if the reaction would be the same for Lambert, Lallana or Sharp? I don't seem to remember Lambert getting so much abuse for being invloved in a bar fight. I seem to remember the exact opposite reaction for when Barnard allegedly got hammered and bottled someone. And then there was James Beattie who was done for drink driving. Nowhere near those sort of comments.
  24. Aw babes. You not getting enough attention? Here you go. Here's a reply. Now run along. xx
  25. Yay! Someone I've heard of...
