But in the admin process it is pretty much nailed on cert that the shares are now worthless scraps of paper and a new company is formed (we HOPE). That newco will be owned by whoever puts the best deal to the administrators But they now need to find a Director for the Football Club Ltd - ie Wotte's boss otherwsie you have Wotte reporting to an accountant - we all know how that worked out

Perhaps an idea is to hold a march to raise the funds that the football club will need to continue operating while the administrators look to sort out the mess Then you can of course protest while collecting to ensure 3 points

No for good reasons, that people have to do things in a timeline and G2 doesn't help movement around London lawyers and stockbrokers that the law requires HTH

Some of it may also come down to where the assets lie. Our problem is about cash flow - ie insolvency, but "in theory" we still have assets - stadium, Staplewood and the "miracle" of Jacksons Farm. Then we have the "debt" and where that is recognised, so in theory SLH may actually have enough assets (on paper) to cover the debts, but of course no money. If it is all properly structured then perhaps the Football Club Ltd becomes an entity without the stadium et al. No idea if this is the case but the FL may not look at it quite so harshly. And if there IS a loophole, then we would get away with it as they can only learn a lesson and change the rules later. Will probably mean we get zero favours from them ever again though and the nippers would be back to training on the common when we sell Staplewood for 75 pence to the only buyers who could use it as is - ie them lot up the road

Well of course, it all depends on who eventually picks up the pieces If as some suggest Leon is dancing around his office waiting to pick us up for 50p and put his 2mil into the club then the odds on him doing a rupe's on poor old Wotte after he keeps us up on the last day would have to be pretty high. FWIW I think you will find that the answer to how this is done lies not with the Board any longer but with lawyers and accountants. I would not be surprised to find that in the next few days or weeks the Administrator or whoever will be running up bills that could have bought us a decent CCC player. I expect the phone bills to be through the roof as well. We "know" Lowe is stupid but even he will take advice to do what is LEGAL first, then IF the lawyers think there is a loophole that COULD save us 10 points next season, why would we as fans actually not support that attempt? No idea how it will pan out but surprised we don't have a "man on the spot" with a Blackberry outside SMS today to track the comings and goings
