Forest had a decent capacity ground though, which is where most income came from then. Arguably Saints coming second in 1980s when the capacity of the Dell was maybe 18,000 was a similar sized achievement

All that is true. You can mitigate it by changing masks as soon as it starts to get damp, but most non healthcare professionals won't.
-
Surgical masks are to catch any snot or saliva from the wearer and avoid infecting other people, not to protect the wearer

I'm disappointed he didnt suggest irradiation. It works for strawberries.

Don't be ungrateful. GM went to the trouble of copying and pasting that for you.

I know. I was simply making the point that sometimes it is possible to find traces of the infective agent months after. You can obviously also test for antibodies.
-
I have no idea but every test and every disease is different. I had a bacterial infection a few years ago and six months after treatment I got a weak positive from traces of dna from dead bacteria still in my system.
-
Tbf that sounds like an attempt to estimate the number of infections in the general population, which is a good thing. Edit Hancock announced it was available to all health workers and their families.

Some renewable energy projects aren't well planned therefore we shouldn't do anything.Anyhow it would be better for the planet if everyone died.

Can't you just man up and admit you used to berate the EU for protectionism and tariffs in trade with China and now you've changed your mind? It would save the effort of proving what everybody remembers anyway and give you extra time and thrills dressed as Katie.

Maybe, maybe not. He has been in negative approval territory pretty much ever since the election, but he has gradually got less unpopular bizarrely enough. You cant rule out him winning, especially against a lacklustre candidate like Biden. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/president_trump_job_approval-6179.html

There have been precedents where polls have been inaccurate when people were too embarrassed to admit to pollsters they intended to vote for a hideous / inept or Trumpish candidate.
-
Maybe he remembers how a couple of months ago you were banging on about how great free trade with China was.

Testing for front line staff should be mandatory - NHS, nursing home staff and carers. About 1.5 million people? Once they've been tested move onto police, fire service and teachers. Once they've been done in about 1 month it will time for the NHS staff to be tested again.

Its smart, although cynical marketing. At least it has a purpose - ie helping EE sell more - than standing outside your house clapping for the benefit of your neighbours.

You adhere uncritically to the unsubstantiated teachings of one philosopher, but rage against religion? Righto.
-
Haha. ********. Johnson was up against the most hopeless Labour leader since at least WW2. Labour got only 27% of the vote under Michael Foot when up against Thatcher. Despite Corbyn having lower approval ratings than even Michael Foot he got 32% against Johnson. Barely beating someone so cataclysmically hopeless is 'meh' at best.

I quoted what you were wrong about in my post. It was absolutely clear. Go back and read it
-
Seems to me you've read the work of one philosopher and taken his opinions to be a universal truth. You're wrong, at least in the sense that the large majority of the population would disagree with you.
-
Also flawed logic. Believing something is true does not make it so. You are under-cutting you're own argument about faith.
-
No its not. Agnostic is 'not sure'. Potentially just as close to faith as to atheism.
-
Because there is always a 'don't know / not absolutely sure / not enough data to compute' option. That big middle ground between the fanatical pros and antis - on any issue, not just religion.

By the Russians on behalf of the Government - or more likely by the Government on behalf of the Russians

Could just as likely be an outlier. The new cases are as high as they've ever been (barring one abberant day) https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/uk/
