  1. If I was the judge sitting on this case on Tuesday, given that AA pushed for an early hearing, and was then told that he preferred to be on holiday, rather than answer the questions, that HMRC are bound to ask of him, then I would be one fairly p1ssed of judge. Seems like the preverbial two fingers has just been raised at the judicial system by Poopey, one professional body to many I hope!
  2. Same people, same agenda, same lack of facts. What did NC ML do to deserve the Saints, fickle fans doesn't even begin to describe us. Last year we were within hours of ceasing to exsist, now here we are, willing to bite the hand that saved us. FF, I respected you without knowing you, but this last 6 months, has shown you in a different light, not least your dealings regarding BA. Ever since the takeover you have had an agenda againts NC, and now this 'gossip', lets not call it rumour, it's pure and simple gossip, and it appears your buddies on here have fallen for it, hook line and sinker. For what it's worth, whilst not being a 'NC Lovie', which, according to Stu, is anybody who doesn't agree with him, I am willing to give the man a chance, and from what I have seen so far, impresses me with the professional way he has run the club. For those of you who always look for the negatives, well to be honest, I feel sorry for you all.
  3. Can't find the link online, but according to the NofTW, KPB has been a bad boy, and could face jail in Germany. What's his value?
  4. Yet. Give it another couple of weeks.
  5. Well known fact. They did this when the Afgans were fighting the Russians, this is now the same bunch of no-mark warlords, fighting the hand that fed them.
  6. I suspect that with 1,100 posts in a month with your 'new' identity, would put you on par with Trousers post count.
  7. Is The Forum Representative Of Saints Fans In General ? No! If you take into account the number of posts by certain individuals, I'd say that 50% of the posts are made by 1% of the membership on this forum. Just an opinion.
  8. I'd say this... 'Was it the protective arm of the Prem that saved them before'
  9. I would suggest, that HMRC would love it, if Chainrai stepped forward as your 'new' owner, they would have a field day.
  10. Whilst in the armed forces, and serving over seas on 6 month detachments, I still had to pay tax in the UK, on all of my salary. It could be argued, that the Army is an 'international' company IMHO.
  11. Bl00dy hell Nick, welcome to my world:thumbup:
  12. By the time you come back, they will have ceased to exsist as a professional club...that is my hope anyway:smug:
  13. Then there's this:lol: Nigerian international John Utaka will choose between Sunderland, Bolton and Fulham after being told he can leave troubled Portsmouth in a cut-price move. Portsmouth paid Rennes £7million for Utaka, 28, three years ago but he managed only seven Premier League goals. Utaka claims to have had offers also from Cologne and Bayer Leverkusen but wants to stay in England. Utaka said: 'My manager is looking into the offers before him. We have had Sunderland, Fulham and Bolton and some clubs in Germany, Everything is in the air. 'I would like to stay in the Premier League. It is quick, aggressive and direct and there are loads of goals every week. And, yes, the money in England is also good.' Relegated Portsmouth, still in administration, are ready to offload Utaka's £35,000 a week wages for as little as £1m. Icelandic veteran Hermann Hreidarsson , 36, is close to signing a new contract at Fratton Park but will not be able to play until October. Hreidarsson joined Portsmouth three years ago but damaged cruciate knee ligaments in April, ruling him out of action for six months. 14. ..and scoring goals pre season:p
  15. He's a WUM, how many times do people on here need telling.
  16. So lets put to bed, this thought that Poopey will appear in Europe, now that Villarreal have been awarded Real Mallorca's place. Yes AA, Real Mallorca have been chucked out due to financial irregularities, after going into administration. So how the hell do you expect to get a berth in that competition, it beyond reason.
  17. Most here don't have a problem with the 'rules' it's you trying to manipulate them for your own purposes, like, getting rid of players deemed not good enough, them crying to the FL, that you don't have enough. That is once again, blatent cheating by your club.
  18. I haven't fallen off it yet!
  19. A tale of Poopey's Paul Allen! pompeyblue1980 Posted on 21/07/2010 09:20 Totally made up owner rumour Email Message To A Friend | Reply To Message It's a quiet morning at work down the Harbour this morning. And A nice big yacht just pulled into Gunwharf belonging to a fella named Micky Arison who is an Israeli-American businessman and the Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation, the world's largest cruise operator, and owner of the NBA's Miami Heat. and is worth 6.1 billion. See I could get a job at a newspaper making stories up like this. But it is true his yacht has just pulled in though. As I said it's a very slow day on the trains.
  20. A snippet from one of their boards...see highlighted, you couldn't make it up, well they can! synergy User is offline #1 21 Jul 2010 19:26 Complain | Prev | Next | Quote and reply to userReply to user Signed: July 2009 Developments at Fratton Park..... ... Posts: 407 International International Let me start by saying that though only a part-time poster I follow the board closely. The details I'm posting here are provided by bona fide sources. Firstly, David James wants to stay at Fratton Park and wants to give the Club every opportunity to sort out a new contract. However, the Club's present offer is not acceptable to him. A new external team are now dealing with transfers and Peter Storrie is not involved with this group. They are confident of bringing several new players before the season starts. This is under the instructions of AA. The trip to the US which I have to say I find baffling considering our current situation is costing the Club nearly £70,000! The Club hope to gain tax exemption from HMRC for it!! You couldn't make that up. With respect to next season's kit. That will not be ready for sale until at least the start of October. Oh and as deffo has said previously the whole office organisational set up at FP is a complete mess.
  21. Post of this thread........loving it:vuvu:
  22. Is that concerned with a 'K' Oops know...red faced thingy!
  23. ...and not whilst trying to cheat the rules of said embargo, by getting rid of poor players, then claiming you wont have enought men to compete in the league, so now need special dispensation to sign some better ones.
  24. There has been a smell around PCFC for a few years now, with various factions seemingly bending their rules to accommodate the Blue phew. So to see them attempting to flaunt the FL rules, and get away with it, would not be a new experience to them. As to the rest of the footballing public, it is a mystery, perhaps Fred Dinnage has applied a bit of 'HOW' to things!
