Yes, but the hitch occured between the FL and Pinnacle at the last moment....the FL moved the goalposts after all had been agreed.

Ah!!!...........but if it all go's ti ts up, could Pinnacle take out an injunction against the FL..therefore preventing any football being played across all the divisions. I'm sure there is someone who will be able to clarify this??.

With the amount they have invested.......I'm sure they will....I would.

Perhaps then, that they should apply a wage cap, and stop these players demanding a Kings ransom, and at the same time, make them honor the contracts they sign, instead of getting their grasping agents to always be on the look out for a better deal.

Right......the rules state, that by going into administration, you seek to gain an advantage. What advantage did we gain, by cutting our costs so much including loaning out our best strikers, and getting relegated in the process.............I can't see that we have too much of an advantage!!

Um......no!!, but they my have agreed to restructure the loan, and have an arrangement to pay of a lump sum, if and when we get back to the premiership. To many people on here speculate, and post theory's, as if it is the absolute truth. Facts are very few and far between

Trouble is nick, you and many others on here, have exactly that, egos, you really do think that your opinions count, and that you should have a big say in things. As I have said previously, this forum is a small part of the fan base, but many feel that they should have the biggest say. The man has taken time out, to yet again, let us know what's going on, but that's not good enough for some, because he's not saying what they want to here, then he's a tyre kicker (by the way Tony, it was an insult). Get real, give them some breathing space.

If you had taken the trouble to read all the statements, you would see that all was agreed with the FL.....the appeal issue was a last minute spanner that the FL threw into the works.
