Jesus Christ the Lord. Someone should write to this tax payer funded councillor to explain why this isn't the same crime being penalised twice. There are two completely discreet breaches of the game's laws re: administration. You get punished once for going into administration and again if you don't come out of administration properly. Does he think it's setting a good example of "fair play" to the next generation by condoning the wiping out of c.£130m of debt? Yeah, let's teach kids about how ripping off the local business and charities (that he represents as a councillor) is only worth a slap on the wrist. FFS. Why don't they get it? It's not complicated.
